70 sqm ground floor apartment for 2 - 6 people in a
small ensemble of four country houses on a 3500 sqm plot
in the old fishing village of Waase. The fully
equipped apartment offers ample space for a vacation in
a quiet and rural atmosphere.
Property Description:
The holiday apartment is
furnished with solid wood furniture and quality genuine leather sofas.
Since January 2020, we have VDSL 25.
Our holiday apartment is a generously furnished three
room apartment. It is located on the
ground floor with a large terrace. The living room is
equipped with HD-TV, a cozy seating area with a sofa bed
(182 x 133 cm) and has a separate dining area. The new
integrated kitchenette is fully equipped
(dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob,
coffee maker, kettle,
toaster, egg cooker, and oven). In the first bedroom, there is a large double bed,
and in the second bedroom, there is a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, hairdryer, and toilet.
Additionally, there is a washing machine in the bathroom; we charge 4.00 Euros per wash cycle.
The laundry can be dried on a clothes rack on the terrace.
The terrace is equipped with an awning and rattan furniture, and for your grilling pleasure, a
charcoal kettle grill is available. The entire apartment is tiled.
The apartment includes a car parking space No. 2.
In autumn, it's time for cranes and sea buckthorn!

Location:
Only 35 km from the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and 20 km from Bergen,
the capital of the island of Rügen. In the middle of the
National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft lies the island of
Ummanz. Since 1901, the island of Ummanz has been connected to Rügen by a 250 m
bridge to Rügen.
Many activities such as surfing, kite surfing, horse riding, pedal boating,
Fishing, crane watching, bicycle tours (rental in the village), bathing and water fun at the natural beach of Suhrendorf or at the Bodden bathing place with small beach (Baltic Sea water) of Waase, 400 metres away from the apartment, rowing and much more.
There are two adventure farms within walking distance, one is Bauer
Kliewe and Bauer Lange ® and a coffee house with confectionery.
In spring and winter thousands of migrating and roosting

| All prices are per day and object with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Minimum stay in low season 4 days, in high season (18.06. - 03.09.22 and 17.12.-07.01.23 )minimum 6 nights. The island of Ummanz is free of visitor's tax. We offer the following linen package per person: Bed linen, shower towel and towel for 12,50 Euro. 2 tea towels and a shower mat are also provided for the duration of your stay. A reserved car parking space no. 2 can be used free of charge. One large dog or two small dogs are allowed, but please specify when booking. Fee per dog is 20,00 Euro per stay. Our washing machine can be used for a fee. |

TOP location TOP equipment
We found a beautiful holiday apartment in a spotlessly clean condition and with great amenities. The contact person was friendly, and despite a delayed arrival, the key handover by the caretaker was smooth. The apartment is completely tiled, but the tiles are not slippery (we had concerns because we were traveling with our dog, but it was not a problem). The apartment is equipped with all the accessories so that you can vacuum or mop in between. The holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained complex with four houses, each with four holiday apartments. However, we only sporadically noticed that someone else was here - absolutely quiet and therefore recommendable for those who are looking for relaxation and tranquility. We highly recommend the apartment and will definitely come back. Thank you very much.

Dreamlike holiday
Where do I start? The flat had everything you need. It is very comfortably furnished, totally clean and tidy. There was absolutely nothing to complain about! We felt right at home. We were welcomed nicely and could talk to the lovely family at any time. The prior e-mail contact was also great. The terrace really invited us to relax. We will be back
