Nice holiday home in Kiatorp, Fagerhult with a luxurious terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. Here, you have only 120m for a nice swim at one of the cottage area's bathing areas, where there are jetties, swimming rafts and a common sun deck. On the house's large terrace, you have both a dining area, lounge furniture and sun loungers. You have three buildings that are connected to the patio deck. The large cabin has a nice open kitchen/living room with a dining area and comfortable sofa furniture (the sofa here is a sofa bed). In this kitchen there is a sink, fridge, coffee maker and two hotplates. In the large cabin there is also a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. In the beautiful guest cabin there is an open bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed of 140 cm. There is also a sleeping loft with a lower ceiling height where there is a double bed. At the back of the house is the third house which houses an extra kitchen area with a dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. Here there is also the bathroom with a separate entrance from the outside, which is equipped with a separate, sink and shower cubicle. The separate unit is replaced by the owner of the house. There is another swimming area in the cottage area with a sandy beach, jetties and swimming raft.You also have an inflatable kayak to explore the lake with. There is a smaller grocery store in Fagerhult 3.5 km away. There is also Välenbadet's campsite with a restaurant that offers simpler meals. There is a larger grocery store in Högsby. If you want to go to the coast/sea, there are Oskarshamn and Kalmar, where there is also a larger selection of restaurants and shops. You can enjoy day trips to Astrid Lindgren's World, the "Glasriket" of Kosta Boda and Kleva Mine. Even more local gems such as Aboda Klint and More Kastell are well worth a visit. Not for rent to companies.

Beautifully located house. A bit aged, but the large terrace invites you to linger. Outside there are sufficient seating areas, also covered and with heating lamps if needed. A large outdoor sink and sideboard are designed for good weather. Air conditioning, heating, and hot water are available and work flawlessly. The bathing jetty is 300 m away, with an unobstructed view of the lake. There is even a shared settlement sauna right by the water/bathing jetty. Everything is great for leisure, sauna, swimming, canoeing, nice weather. The building and room layout are special. One should not feel too foreign. A large sleeping house with up to 6 sleeping places is separate from the main house with up to 4 sleeping places. There are living, dining, and sleeping couch areas in one room. The 2nd kitchen with oven and dishwasher, as well as a large fridge and freezer combo, is located in the 3rd building. There are portable induction cooktops, which helped to make good use of the outdoor kitchen. The beds are very soft - takes some getting used to. The landlord reliably came to clean the composting toilet. A nice stay. Not comparable to Danish standards, but solid Swedish wooden construction. Parking directly at the house. Very quiet location and within a 30-minute radius, several shopping options for everyday items. Pets are allowed. The kitchen equipment was sufficient. From coffee machine, kettle, microwave to baking dishes, pots, pans, sharp knives, steak cutlery, ball grill, fire bowl, inflatable canoe, comforters and pillows, 4G WiFi hotspot, teapots, various seating and lounging terrace furniture, everything was there. Too bad the sauna was missing from the description. Nevertheless, this was a positive surprise. Recommended!

A very well-equipped holiday home, in a dream location directly by the lake with a perfect lake view from the terrace. A very friendly landlord who would certainly have taken care of any problems, although we did not have any.
