The holiday home, renovated in 2010, is a terraced house and is furnished in a rustic, functional, and typical local style. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Pompeiana. The holiday home is located on a 15,000 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The garden plot is characterised by typical terraces that rise up to 200 m above sea level and overlook Riva Ligure, an ancient fishing village. In the immediate hinterland, just a stone’s throw from the sea, on a ridge that overlooks it and offers fantastic sunsets in a thousand colours. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking on the property.

In summer: Swimming opportunity (beach 2 km in Santo Stefano Al Mare with sand and stones). In the hills you can ride horses, hike, or mountain bike. At the beach you can sail (even rent boats at the harbour), windsurf, dive, and fish.

Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living room with dining area (6 seats), gas hob (4 rings), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and access to the balcony. Panoramic sea view top, small but comfortable outdoor area with barbecue and gazebo x lunch, availability and kindness of the owner. We will definitely return and recommend it to those who want to stay in the green in peace.

We had a wonderful time in Pompeiana. The host Mino is totally friendly and always open to tips and questions. We were surprised several times a week with regional products from his farm. The view from the terrace and pool is fantastic. The region is very charming and you get a great insight into Italian life away from mass tourism.

We had a lovely holiday thanks to the kindness of the owner. The large vegetable garden was top-notch and the view of the mountains relaxing.
