The holiday home, renovated in 2010 is a townhouse and rustic, functional and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. The garden plot is characterized by typical terraces that rise up to 200 m above sea level and overlook Riva Ligure, an ancient fishing village. In the immediate hinterland, just a stone's throw from the sea, on a ridge that overlooks it and offers fantastic sunsets in a thousand colors. The access goes via a path (asphalted).
