Built in 2010 and renovated in 2018, the holiday home is a terraced house and is furnished in a modern, rustic, and functional manner. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: lawn, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Pompeiana, 180 m above sea level. The holiday home is situated on a 65 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. This is a house in rustic style. The furnishings consist of modern furniture with a typically nautical atmosphere in the fresh and relaxing colours white and blue. Nestled within its own plot of approx. 15,000 m2. Located halfway up the hill, particularly sunny as it faces south and offers a wide panoramic view of the valley and the sea. The garden, the road and the parking area are private and adjoin the house of approx. 65 m2. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

At the beach, sailing or motorboat trips (including hire boats), windsurfing, diving, snorkelling and fishing are possible. In winter: Cross-country trail in Triora 20 km. Monte Carlo 25 km Genoa 100 km.

Kitchenette in the living room (walk-through room) with gas hob (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
