The luxurious, industrial modern flat was formerly an indoor pool at basement level. This space was completely broken out, fitted with an extension and glass frontage for plenty of sunlight and rebuilt in a loft style.
The flat has a modern, spacious living room with lovely sofas and Smart TV with ambilight and features a full kitchen with a spacious dining table for 4.
The 1st bedroom features a super de luxe electric king-size bed (180x200cm) with spacious wardrobe. On the loft there is another sleeping area with a luxurious king-size bed (180x200cm). The flat is fully equipped with underfloor heating and there is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Kitchen:
In the full spacious (3 metres) long kitchen you can cook on induction and have access to a fridge freezer , combi microwave , dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer combination.
Bathroom:
The modern spacious bathroom features a rain shower with handheld shower and a space with soft-close toilet.

Our newly built luxury flat is in a sought-after location in Zandvoort South. It is adjacent to Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen - where the sun rises in the morning - and 2 minutes' walk from the beach and promenade.
Fans of motorsport can visit the fantastically beautiful circuit of Zandvoort.
Get a breath of fresh air or enjoy the sun at the beach with its many cosy beach bars, some of which are open all year round.
Stroll through the small cosy village and in the evening have a delicious meal on the beach and afterwards perhaps try your luck at the Casino.
For walkers, there are the Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes (3400 hectares), whose entrance is less than a 200-metre walk away, where you can encounter fallow deer, foxes, roe deer, pine martens, kingfishers, etc.
In rainy weather, you can visit the Center Parcs tropical swimming paradise.

Great accommodation and super hosts
We, as a family of three, had a wonderful vacation in Zandvoort at "Casa Luxus" with Alianne and Aksel. The furnishings of the apartment are high-quality and very tasteful. The location of the apartment, slightly south of the center, is great. Alianne and Aksel stand out as very positive hosts. In advance, I was able to go through all possible questions with them and received quick feedback; on-site, we were well briefed and they were always approachable when needed. Great hosts!

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this beautiful holiday apartment in the best location between the dunes and the sea! The apartment was super clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The comfortable bed and the large, cozy couch immediately made us feel at home.
The warm welcome from Alianne gave us the feeling of being welcome right from the start. We also met her husband and were impressed by their friendliness. We have been to Zandvoort several times before, but this accommodation was definitely the best! We can recommend it 100%. Thank you for the great stay!

Unforgettable weekend
We were 4 people (2 friendly couples) for three nights in Zandvoort in the beautiful apartment of Alianne and Aksel. The quiet, central location and equipment of the apartment are simply perfect and we didn't miss anything. If you arrive by car, there is a large parking lot right across from the accommodation. The beach is only 1 minute away and the city and the nearest supermarket are also within walking distance in just a few minutes. The apartment is furnished with a lot of attention to detail and thanks to the warmth and hospitality, we felt at home here right away. Alianne was always immediately available for questions and even drove us to the neighboring village for the wedding we were attending in Holland. Absolute heartfelt recommendation and we will definitely be back!

First Trip with Dog
