Interior description of Inselblume 22 or Villa Bello Vista
After driving into your own parking space and entering the vacation house, you will find yourself in the hallway, from which you can look directly into the light-flooded, spacious living room. To your left and right you will find doors leading to the guest WC on the one hand and to the storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer and another special feature, which we describe further down in the text.
Even huge dogs have plenty of space here to move around or lie down and enjoy their time. Of course, you will also find plenty of space to make yourself comfortable. The large couch in the living room is perfect for lounging around all day while you relax and watch your favorite TV series or read a good book. Especially in the cold, rainy seasons, this place is an absolute highlight because there is a fireplace in the living room that you can use.
Is there anything better than looking at a crackling fire with a hot drink when it's uncomfortable outside, or you want to warm up?
If you've been out and about all day or in the water, you're bound to be hungry. In that case, you'll find everything you need in the kitchen to whip up something delicious. Cook comfortably with several people or prepare what you have brought with you from the restaurants or perhaps even fished.
You can sit down to eat, drink and of course, play board games at the large dining table, which has room for 6 people. Afterwards, you can put away the dishwasher so that you don't have to waste your valuable vacation on Fehmarn doing the dishes.
To wash the salt water off your body or warm up, you will find a large, walk-in shower in the modern bathroom, where you can let the hot water run over your body before falling into the comfortable bed in the evening. You can snuggle up in the double bed or single beds before slowly drifting off into the land of dreams for a restful sleep.
And if the sun is shining the next morning, you can also sit down to breakfast in the enclosed garden, where you can feel the warm sun on your skin while you enjoy your breakfast in absolute peace and quiet. Your dog can safely explore the garden during this time.

The vacation house is located on the outer edge of Landkirchen on Fehmarn, in a quiet street that is only used by residents. This makes the house ideal for you if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet.
Water sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here, as the Fehmarn surf store is just around the corner. For more than 35 years, you can buy everything you need for windsurfing, kite surfing, wing surfing and stand-up paddling there. The kite, sup and wing surfing school will be happy to take care of you as a beginner.
If you have everything you need, you can reach the surf and kite spots near Lemkenhafen and in the north at Grüner Brink very quickly. At the dog beach, your dog will also get the most out of his time there and can romp around, cool off in the sea and dig to his heart's content.
The Grüner Brink is also ideal for cycling tours and walks. Here you can easily spend several hours walking along the beach and the coast, or even circle the whole island if you feel like it.
In Landkirchen you will also find various restaurants, such as "Dat ole Aahlhus", snack bars, a bakery, a butcher's shop and a bicycle rental shop just a few hundred meters from the vacation house. Flea markets are also held here from time to time, where you may be able to find a unique souvenir.

A very special highlight of this vacation house is not only the fireplace in the living room and the fenced garden, but also the dog shower, which you will find in the storage room of the house. After a day at the beach or out and about, you can quickly and easily shower your dog here. Dirt, sand and cold salt water don't stand a chance.
You can also enjoy your very private beach chair, which is located in the garden of the vacation house. It's the perfect place to sit back, relax and let the warm sun shine on your face.

Location and surroundings of object
The comfortable vacation house is located on the outskirts of Landkirchen. You can start directly from our property with a long walk. The bakery and butcher are only 200 meters away, so you can leave your car at the house. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can treat yourself to a meal in one of the local restaurants. You can also explore the beautiful surroundings by bike, there is a bike rental service in the village.

Sehr schönes Haus Umzäunter Garten
Sehr schönes Haus war sehr gut, nur die Gerüche waren etwas stark Teppiche rochen zu stark nach Hunden wir haben sie rausgelegt, und einmal durchgewischt dann ging es. Die Teppiche müssten erneuert oder zumindest gereinigt werden.

We will come again.
The location is great. You can reach everything on the island at almost the same distance by (E-)bike, and with the dogs, you can take morning and evening walks in fields on secluded paths. A small downside is that from around 6 AM, there can be some noise as the carpentry shop Witt, located on the parallel street, starts work. However, the walking distance to the favorite restaurant "Dat olle Aalhus" makes up for it 10 times over... Baker and butcher are within 2 minutes. within walking distance. There is nothing to complain about in terms of equipment: separate shower (for the dogs), kitchen with everything you need, dishwasher, egg cooker, microwave, etc. Have already booked for next year.

Beautiful holiday home
Very nice holiday home, good amenities, quiet location, one could relax well. Small issues (loose outlets in the bathroom and guest WC) for the amount of the final cleaning, one can expect it to be clean as well, unfortunately there was still sand from the previous guests on the floors.

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location
Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location with everything you need. Top furniture in the house and on the terrace, as well as enough crockery. The location is quiet but central for excursions. the cycle paths start 50m from the house in all directions, which made it easy to start our tours with the dog.
