Location on the quiet outskirts of Landkirchen
As you turn into the quiet side street, you'll immediately feel time slowing down. The vacation house is located on the outer edge of Landkirchen, where only residents pass by and you can enjoy well-deserved tranquility.
Water sports enthusiasts take note: The renowned Fehmarn Surf Shop is practically around the corner. For over 35 years, they've provided everything you need for windsurfing, kiting, wing surfing, and stand-up paddling. Beginners are in excellent hands at their surf school.
The popular surf and kite spots near Lemkenhafen and at Grüner Brink are just a few minutes' drive away. At the dog beach there, your four-legged friend can romp to their heart's content, cool off in the Baltic Sea, and dig happily in the sand. Grüner Brink also invites you to extended walks where you can stroll along the coast for hours.
The charming village of Landkirchen spoils you with the cozy restaurant "Dat ole Aahlhus", a bakery and butcher shop, plus a bicycle rental just a few hundred meters away. Regular flea markets offer treasures and unique souvenirs. and the island capital Burg (3.9 km) are quickly reached.

The open kitchen invites communal cooking. Here you can create delicious meals from fresh ingredients from the weekly market or your own caught fish. At the large dining table with space for 6 people, you'll not only enjoy your meals but also spend convivial game evenings. The dishwasher takes care of the cleanup afterward.
The modern bathroom features a large, walk-in shower. Here you can rinse off the salt of the sea and warm up again after a day at the beach. The two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed and cozy single beds promise restful nights.

Location and surroundings of object

The comfortable vacation house is located on the outskirts of Landkirchen. You can start directly from our property with a long walk. The bakery and butcher are only 200 meters away, so you can leave your car at the house. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can treat yourself to a meal in one of the local restaurants. You can also explore the beautiful surroundings by bike, there is a bike rental service in the village.

Schönes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der auch an alles für den Hund gedacht wurde. Der eingezäunte Garten ist ein Traum. Alles tiptop! Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, Wohnung sehr sauber und ruhig. Perfekt für ein entspannte Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Haus Umzäunter Garten

Sehr schönes Haus war sehr gut, nur die Gerüche waren etwas stark Teppiche rochen zu stark nach Hunden wir haben sie rausgelegt, und einmal durchgewischt dann ging es. Die Teppiche müssten erneuert oder zumindest gereinigt werden.

Wir haben erneut gebucht

Schon die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus war sauber und an den Hund wurde ebenfalls gedacht. Hundenäpfe und ein Hundebett sind auch vorhanden. Die Steckdose im Wohnbereich neben dem Kamin müsste dringend festgemacht werden. An der Fuge zur Trennwand der Dusche ist Schimmel. Dieser sollte doch mal entfernt werden. Aber alles in allem ist das Haus für Hundeliebhaber toll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

We will come again.

The location is great. You can reach everything on the island at almost the same distance by (E-)bike, and with the dogs, you can take morning and evening walks in fields on secluded paths. A small downside is that from around 6 AM, there can be some noise as the carpentry shop Witt, located on the parallel street, starts work. However, the walking distance to the favorite restaurant "Dat olle Aalhus" makes up for it 10 times over... Baker and butcher are within 2 minutes. within walking distance. There is nothing to complain about in terms of equipment: separate shower (for the dogs), kitchen with everything you need, dishwasher, egg cooker, microwave, etc. Have already booked for next year.

Cancellation terms

Before the start of the booked appointment, you can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, this is only possible in writing or by email, not by telephone. Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your vacation, and the reasons for not starting are irrelevant. Cancellations are only possible for the entire period. Partial cancellation is not allowed! In case of withdrawal, our standardized claim for cost reimbursement in percent of the rental sum is as follows: - up to 42 days before the start of the trip 0% of the travel amount - from the 41st day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel amount - from the 21st day before the start of the trip 100% of the travel amount - in case of no-show, the entire rent is due. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions in case of short notice non-use, the tenant has a reasonable additional effort flat rate of 15% of the proportional rental price. A flat rate of €25.00 is charged for rebookings (only possible in the same fiscal year). If the rental duration remains the same or the rental price remains the same or higher, no further costs will be incurred. If the rental price is reduced, in addition to the rebooking flat rate, 15% of the difference will be calculated as a processing flat rate. The flat-rate calculated damages for rental loss and additional effort can be reduced by re-renting or saved expenditures. You have the option to provide proof of lesser damage. If you do not arrive without prior written cancellation, our claim to payment of the full rental amount including all additional costs remains. In this case, the tenant has no right to settle the cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned percentage scaling. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
