This cozy 30 m² vacation home in Landkirchen accommodates up to 2 people. It's the ideal retreat for couples seeking tranquility while exploring Fehmarn's diverse opportunities. Water sports enthusiasts and cyclists especially appreciate the central location with short distances to the island's most beautiful beaches.

This vacation home with separate entrance awaits you in a quiet side street of Landkirchen. Through a lovingly maintained garden, you reach your private south-facing terrace, where even your own beach chair is waiting. Here you can enjoy the sun without having to drive to the beach.
The location is perfect for those who like to be active. The popular surfing and kiting spots Gold, Lemkenhafen and Grüner Brink in the north are quickly reached. Cyclists will enjoy 300 km of developed bike paths that lead through fields, nature reserves and along the coast.
It's only 3.5 km to Burg with its many shops and restaurants. The shopping center in the commercial area is 2.3 km away. Those who want to explore the have short distances from here to the Sea Center (2.2 km) or Galileo Science World (2 km).

Via a small staircase you enter the apartment and find yourself in the practical hallway with plenty of storage space. The separate kitchen on the left offers sufficient space for cooking and dining together. While preparing your meals, you enjoy the view from the window into the greenery.

The modern bathroom features a large, walk-in shower. After a day at the beach or an extensive bike tour, you can rinse off sand and salt water here or warm up with a hot shower.
The combined living and sleeping area invites you to relax. In comfortable armchairs you can watch TV, read a good book or simply review the day. The spacious double bed promises restful nights so you can start new adventures refreshed the next morning.

Perfekt für 2 Personen

Kontakt zur Vermittlerin problemlos, Vermieter ein Traum, hat uns zum Bahnhof gebracht, da der Bus ausgefallen ist. Wohnung sehr sauber.

This is the second time we have been there because we really liked it the first time.

One can really feel at home there. Very nice and also modernly furnished. The entire holiday apartment is tastefully coordinated in gray/white. The only downside is that there is no private parking on the property. However, we have always found parking on the public street in front of the property. Good central location, as mentioned, highly recommended. We would always come back.

Beautiful vacation apartment for two.

The vacation apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We didn't miss anything. We could relax wonderfully on the small terrace in the evenings. We felt completely comfortable.

Cancellation terms

Before the start of the booked appointment, you can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, this is only possible in writing or by email, not by telephone. Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your vacation, and the reasons for not starting are irrelevant. Cancellations are only possible for the entire period. Partial cancellation is not allowed! In case of withdrawal, our standardized claim for cost reimbursement in percent of the rental sum is as follows: - up to 42 days before the start of the trip 0% of the travel amount - from the 41st day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel amount - from the 21st day before the start of the trip 100% of the travel amount - in case of no-show, the entire rent is due. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions in case of short notice non-use, the tenant has a reasonable additional effort flat rate of 15% of the proportional rental price. A flat rate of €25.00 is charged for rebookings (only possible in the same fiscal year). If the rental duration remains the same or the rental price remains the same or higher, no further costs will be incurred. If the rental price is reduced, in addition to the rebooking flat rate, 15% of the difference will be calculated as a processing flat rate. The flat-rate calculated damages for rental loss and additional effort can be reduced by re-renting or saved expenditures. You have the option to provide proof of lesser damage. If you do not arrive without prior written cancellation, our claim to payment of the full rental amount including all additional costs remains. In this case, the tenant has no right to settle the cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned percentage scaling. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
