Modern, elegant and comfortable - this is how the Tiny House can be described in just a few words. In a prime location, on a beautiful lake, in the middle of Mecklenburg nature, you can enjoy a special holiday here. On 48m² of living space, there is enough room for up to 4 people. A large and bright living area, with open kitchen, form the centre of the house. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower provide the necessary living comfort. Air conditioning, dishwasher, towel heating, satellite TV and freshly made beds are just a few things that make your holiday more relaxing.
In front of the house there is a cosy wooden terrace (south-west facing). Garden furniture, barbecue and parasol are available. You can park your car directly at the house. You can get W-LAN directly from the campsite for a fee.

The surroundings within walking distance
From the holiday home you can reach the Garder See lake with bathing area and jetty in just a few steps (100m). Rowing boats, pedal boats, kayaks and stand up paddle can be rented directly on site. There is a small grocery shop, bistro, kettle car rental, playground, beach volleyball and football pitch as well as washing machines and dryers directly on the site. The campsite is located directly in a large forest, field and lake area. Extensive hikes in all directions can start directly from here. A café and a stud farm can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes.
Leisure and excursions
The central location between the state capital Schwerin, the Müritz and the Baltic Sea invite you to countless excursions and leisure activities. Particularly recommended are, for example, the MV Wildlife Park, Dobbertin Monastery, the Kindertobeland, adventure pool & western town in Linstow or the summer toboggan run & monkey forest in Malchow. All of the above-mentioned excursion destinations can be reached by car in 20-40 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea, the state capital Schwerin with its famous castle, the Hanseatic cities Rostock and Wismar as well as the Müritz can be reached by car in about 40-60 minutes. Vacation in the countryside
The holiday home is located in a campsite in a very quiet area with plenty of greenery by a lake. So, anyone looking for relaxation and peace is exactly right here. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished; nothing is missing. We can recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience. The communication and handling of our booking with the landlord went excellently. We would be happy to come back.

Great holiday home and surroundings
We had a great stay in the beautifully furnished holiday home. The surroundings are excellent for hiking. The lake has several swimming spots that are within walking distance. Rent of rowboats and pedal boats is possible. The bread delivery service from the campsite operator was superb. Anyone looking to unwind from the hectic everyday life is very well placed here.

Super Tiny-House Festival: Discover the world of tiny houses and sustainable living. Explore innovative designs and small space living solutions.
The "Söven Seen Huus" is great on its own! Modern furnishings, super clean. Contact with the landlord was always possible without any problems. But...the place! On the campsite there is a bread service with a small kiosk. But that's it. The campsite is idyllically located, but far away from any civilization. No possibility to get a snack or a piece of cake on the campsite, there used to be a small restaurant on the campsite, but it's closed. There used to be a restaurant in front of the campsite, but it's closed! I have never driven so many kilometers to go out to eat. It's really only suitable for self-caterers.
