A house to feel good in! The highest level of comfort and well-kept furnishings await you on 80 m². Up to 6 people + a small child will find enough space for a relaxing holiday in this half-timbered holiday home. On the ground floor, the spacious kitchen/living room forms the centre of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you will want for nothing. You can make yourself comfortable at the dining table and on the sofa. Satellite TV and board games provide variety. In the large bathroom you can relax in the floor-to-ceiling bathtub or use the separate shower. A staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find the two cosy bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 m wide) + a single bed (0.90 cm wide). The second bedroom has 2 single beds. In addition, you will find a wardrobe and seating areas in both rooms. From the balcony of the bedroom you have a great view towards the lake (lake view only in winter). An extra bed for the 6th person is available in the living room (folding bed). WLAN is available in the entire house. For the little guests, the house offers a cot, high chair, stair guard, socket protector and trolley.
In front of the house there is a sun terrace (south-east facing) with barbecue, fire bowl (wood included), garden furniture and sun loungers. Two parking spaces are directly in front of the house. The large property (shared with the owner) with a meadow and a playground invite you to romp and relax. In the garden there is also a sauna house with a Kneipp bath, a fireplace room and a sauna.

From the holiday home you can reach Lake Dobbertin in just a few steps. This is an excellent place for long walks and cycling tours. In 5 minutes you can reach the Dobbertin monastery, the monastery park and the brewery (restaurant). A bathing area (also for dogs) is within walking distance (1 km). The small, tranquil village also offers its guests a larger outdoor lake swimming pool, guest boat service, tourist information, a very popular pastry shop with ice cream parlour, bicycle rental, shopping facilities and 3 restaurants. All destinations are within walking distance.
Leisure and excursion destinations
The central location between the state capital Schwerin, the Müritz and the Baltic Sea invite you to countless excursions and leisure activities. Particularly recommended are the MV Wildlife Park, the adventure pool & sauna world in Linstow, Kindertobeland & Westernstadt in Linstow or the summer toboggan run & the monkey forest. All of the above-mentioned excursion destinations can be reached by car in less than 30 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea, the state capital Schwerin with its famous castle, the Hanseatic cities Rostock and Wismar as well as the Müritz can be reached by car in about 45 to 60 minutes. Super accommodation
Very good location, large and bright. Equipped with everything you need and a very good sauna. The landlord is open to all questions. Would love to come back!

Spacious holiday home in a quiet location
The spacious holiday home is quietly located at the beginning of a cul-de-sac. It is well equipped and has a nice terrace. The monastery as well as the inn and also the small grocery store in the village are very easily reachable on foot. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back anytime.

something that has aged
The holiday home is somewhat outdated.....-(
the website states there are fly screens.......not a single one could be found in the whole house!
The bedrooms are under the roof, at nearly 40 degrees in summer without a fan, etc., it's an imposition, as you should keep almost everything closed due to mosquitoes and flies!
The charcoal grill was still dirty from the previous tenant!
The pictures are already 7/8 years old!
The house simply lacks attention to detail!

Bezüglich der Fliegengitter haben Sie absolut recht – diese waren leider abgenutzt und wir waren zu dem Zeitpunkt dabei, diese zu erneuen. Diese sind nun vollständig erneuert. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie diese während Ihres Aufenthalts vermisst haben.
Der Juni hat uns in ganz Deutschland eine extreme Hitzewelle beschert, was die Räume unter dem Dach natürlich stark aufgeheizt hat. Uns liegt das Wohl unserer Gäste am Herzen: Hätten Sie uns direkt vor Ort Bescheid gegeben, hätten wir den Grill hätten umgehend für Sie nachgereinigt.
Es freut uns, dass das Haus zumindest für Ihren Urlaub mit Haustier gut geeignet war und Ihnen die Lage gefallen hat. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie in Zukunft noch einmal von unserem verbesserten Service überzeugen zu dürfen.

Das Kloster sowie das Gasthaus und auch der kleine Einkaufsmarkt im Ort sind sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen.
Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden und funktioniert. Positiv für Hundebesitzer.
Gastgeber ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Dobbertin mit Klosteranlage ist sehr sehenswert.

auf der Webseite steht Fliegengitter.......im ganzen Haus war kein einziges zu finden!
Die Schlafzimmer sind unter dem Dach, bei knapp 40 Grad im Sommer ohne Ventilator usw. eine Zumutung, da man ja auch wegen mücken und Fliegen fast alles geschlossen halten sollte!
Der Kohlegrill war noch dreckig vom Vormieter!
Die Bilder sind ja auch schon 7/8 Jahre alt!
Es fehlt einfach die Liebe zum Detail in dem Haus!
Das Haus war sehr sauber.
Die Umgebung eignet sich gut für Ausflüge.
Es gibt im Ort selbst einige kleine Läden (CAP Markt, 2 Hofläden).
Die Elektrogeräte bräuchten eine Neuerung, besonders die Waschmaschine.
Die Treppe ist sehr steil und deshalb für beweglich eingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen.
Durch die direkte Straßenlage war der Durchgangsverkehr zu hören.
Ab Frühjahr bis Herbst wäre es für Ruhe suchende nicht geeignet.
Die vorliegenden Prospekte waren teilweise veraltet. Es wurde als eingezäuntes Grundstück ausgewiesen, aber den ganzen Tag war ein Tor immer offen.
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, hundefreundlich, zum Wohlfühlen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Seenplatte per Rad zu erkunden. Unbedingt Räder mitbringen, keine Ausleihe vor Ort.
Ausstattung der Küche für 4 Personen ausreichend, wenig Gläser!
Esszimmerstühle bretthart und sehr unbequem.
Schönes großes Bad mit bodentiefer Badewanne!
Oben muss man auf seinen Kopf achten, ansonsten sind Unfälle wegen der Dachschrägen vorprogrammiert.
Insgesamt für drei Nächte ein nettes Häuschen!
Was uns besonders gefallen hat, waren die Schwalbenscharen auf dem Dach und eine kleine Fledermaus im Schlafzimmer (das ist kein Witz, ich habe sie eingefangen und wieder in die Freiheit entlassen).
Angeblich mit eigenem Zugang zum See, war auch nicht so.
Ansonsten war es in Ordnung!
Das einzige was uns fehlt und das ist jammern auf höchstem Niveau, sind Müslischalen :-)
Auch war der Gastgeber so freundlich, uns bei der Buchung zu einem Fischereischein zu helfen, bzw. er tat es für uns.
Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.
Auch hätten wir die hauseigene Sauna im Gartenhaus in Anspruch nehmen dürfen. Diese habe ich mir angeschaut. Sie läd von sich aus ein.
Ein tolles Ambiente im Allgemeinen ....

Eine kleine Anregung: oben in den Schlafzimmern könnten besser dunkle Vorhänge/ Rollos an die Fenster kommen.
Mehr Platz in den Schränken wäre auch schön.
