Description
The renovated and carefully remodeled stone house is located in a small village above the bay of Podgora. From the sea, one can reach the village of Marinovici via a winding road after about 5km. The settlement mainly consists of stone houses and is situated on a slope, surrounded by gardens and olive groves. The view of the sea is breathtakingly beautiful, the old harbor of Podgora is tantalizingly close and accessible, via narrow footpaths downhill, for experienced hikers in 15-20 minutes. The house is spread over 3 levels:
Living room with sofa bed for max. 3 people or children (a single bed and a double sofa bed), toilet, shower, and stove on the ground floor
Kitchen and dining area on the upper floor
Sleeping area for 2 people with double bed, terrace, and bathroom in the attic
(The two sleeping areas are independently accessible and each have their own washing and toilet facilities)
The listed prices for the house are for two people. For each additional person, a charge of €10.00 per night will be incurred.
Children up to 18 years old are exempt from this charge, so they do not pay any extra.
