VILLA NEDIKA situated in a quiet location in the center of Podgora. Near the sea, beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes and all major attractions.
Villa Nedika is a comfortable standalone house oriented towards the south and the sea, with sea view from the terrace.
Villa Nedika with its 100 m2 well utilized and quality equipped space and with 30 m2 outside terrace provides complete comfort for 5 + 3 persons.
Villa Nedika consists of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms, three toilets, a large outside terrace with barbecue, balcony and two parking spaces right away in front of the villa.

Living room - large and comfortable, with two couches that can serve as extra beds, satellite TV, a wardrobe and a dresser.
Kitchen and dining room - spacious and well equipped, with a table and chairs, fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and other kitchen accessories and dishes.
Comfortable bathroom - with a large bath, toilet and sink.
Additional room - with washing machine, sink and toilet (outside entrance).
Villa exterior:
Spacious outdoor terrace is partly covered, while the second part of the terrace is covered with a natural grapevine shadow. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs, sofa garden and the barbecue.
Balcony (5m2) on the west side of the villa is equipped with a table and chairs.
Two parking spaces next to the villa.
In front of the villa there is a small garden with olive tree, tangerine and various flowers.

PODGORA is a small tourist town located in the southern Croatian, in central Dalmatia. Situated in the heart of the Makarska Riviera, characterized by its mild and warm climate, crystal clear and clean blue sea and beautiful long pebble beaches. Podgora has an exceptional microclimate. Protected from the north by impressive Biokovo mountain and sheltered from the south by Dalmatian islands Hvar and Brač. Podgora is one of the very few oases of peace in the whole Mediterranean.
PODGORA is well connected with the rest of the world. Located between the two Adriatic airports (Split and Dubrovnik), and only 25 km from the entrance to the highway.
PODGORA will delight you with its beaches, clear and warm sea, mild climate, unique beauty, untouched nature, gastronomic delights and other amenities. Here you will feel the smell of salt and the Mediterranean. Podgora is surrounded by pine trees, olive trees and other Mediterranean plants.
PODGORA can certainly be proud on its beautiful, well-kept and maintained beaches. Slightly rounded pebbles and shallow clear sea make these beaches very suitable for children and less skilled swimmers. Main beaches are equipped with showers and changing rooms, where you can rent parasols and deck chairs. Central beach in front of the hotels are the largest and most visited. Also, there are other beaches where you can find the natural shadow under the pine trees. There are also small hidden beaches in the bays, and some of them are nudist beaches (FKK). Whichever beach you choose, you will enjoy in the pleasant, blue and crystal clear sea.

Beautiful & comfortable holiday home in quiet location - close to the beach
The house and the view were even more beautiful in reality than in the photos
The house is very nice, spacious, clean, well located, well maintained and is equipped with everything you need. We can unreservedly recommend the holiday home Villa Nedika! Perfect for families! The centre, sea promenade, beach, restaurants.... is within walking distance in a few minutes. Very nice and hospitable landlords.
