The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a 4-burner cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and kettle.
The cottage has 1 bedroom on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower and a sink. The toilet is separate. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with 3 single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin, and here you will also find a separate toilet. On the second floor there is another bedroom with 2 single beds and a spacious sitting area with extra TV. Here the children can enjoy themselves for hours! Of course, all beds are made upon arrival. A towel set can be added during the booking process.
The garden of this holiday home is beautiful to relax in! The garden is fenced and the children can play here in peace.
The house is located in the countryside on an active farm, which is combined with a mini camping site and offers a full recreational programme in season. There are also several farm animals on the premises. The ideal holiday home for your family holiday in Zeeland! The villages of Aagtekerke, Domburg and Westkapelle, where you can enjoy the forest and the beach, are nearby.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
