100 m2 holiday flat in a villa on the hills of Mandelieu with a fantastic view over the whole bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands.
Large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms (1 with queen-size bed, with air conditioning, 1 with bunk beds), living room with sofa bed, bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, enclosed veranda with unobstructed view.
Kitchen area fully equipped : hot plate (3x gas and 1 electric), oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood. All necessary utensils and crockery available for guests who like to cook !
Free internet connection with fibre optic technology, TV with German satellite reception, parking space for car in front of the house.
A swimming pool (10x5 m) belongs to the house, accessible via a garden path.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Manalou is located in a cul-de-sac in the villa district on the hills of Mandelieu, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Therefore, unfortunately, we have no public transport and your own means of transport is required.
But you will enjoy a unique view of the whole bay from Cannes to Théoule and the Lérins Islands. Mandelieu-La Napoule, Alpes Maritimes, Côte d'Azur
The village is situated in the middle of the bay between Cannes (approx. 6 km) and Théoule (approx. 4 km)
Very beautiful well-kept public sandy beaches, many possibilities for water sports (sailing, surfing, jet-ski, diving, fishing).
2 golf courses (Old Course Mandelieu and Rivieragolf), large marina, airport for private planes.
Mandelieu is also known for its Mimosa Festival in February, the same period as the Carnival in Nice (37 km) and the Lemon Festival in Menton (70 km).
The Italian Riviera dei fiori is not very far - 80 km to Ventimiglia, 95 km to San Remo.

Beautiful vacation apartment
We (4 adults and 1 child) were in the apartment during the aforementioned period. It is much larger than it appears in the photos. Everything you need for everyday life at home is available, so nothing stands in the way of a long-term vacation. (Dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, etc.) It is also great that you can park directly in front of the entrance and that the trash bins are there as well. Shopping options are available within a 10-minute drive. The apartment has a good location for exploration. Most cities can be reached in just under half an hour. Mrs. Romeo was a very nice host who also gladly gave tips. The contact was warm from the very beginning. The highlight is of course the panoramic terrace, from which you have a breathtaking view. We mostly used the pool alone. As a suggestion for improvement, I can only propose a large bed (1.80 m), as the bed of 1.40 m was very cramped for us. We would take this apartment again without hesitation and recommend it.

Exceptional location !
When you stand on the terrace of this holiday flat, you have the feeling of arriving by plane - the view and the panorama are unique.
The flat is large and spacious. It is exceptionally well equipped for a holiday flat.
I will be very happy to come back again!

Holiday with teenagers
Hello,
we had great weather, plenty of space in the apartment, which is almost fully equipped (hairdryer, iron, Senseo coffee machine, salt, and more) as well as very dear hosts. Mrs. Romeo speaks flawless German and also answers emails very quickly. We received very good leisure tips and our two daughters enjoyed themselves extensively at the pool and on the huge terrace... The parents' bedroom is even air-conditioned, but for us in October, it was not necessary as the nights were very pleasantly cool. A supermarket with a gas station is a few minutes' drive away, as is the city center. Parking is possible right in front of the house, and we would consider a car to be very useful here. If you're not looking for luxury and just want to relax, you will feel comfortable here.

Beautiful holiday flat with a great view and very cordial landlords
The holiday flat is really beautifully situated and the view is bombastic. The landlords are very warm, helpful and hospitable. The flat is a good base for excursions to Nice and the entire surrounding area including the hinterland. For people who are sensitive to noise, the nearby motorway in the valley can be disturbing. But of course the transport connections are great

Great vacation apartment with fantastic view over the bay of Cannes
Great vacation apartment with an almost wrap-around terrace that allows for a unique view of the bay of Cannes. Huge swimming pool, also with a panoramic view. A car is necessary as the apartment is located about 1.5 km away from the city center, in the hills of Mandelieu. The apartment has everything you need and enough of it. Refreshments in the fridge upon arrival. The landlords are very warm-hearted and give good tips. We would love to come back.
