Only ten minutes from the very center, in the secured residential domain of Croix des Gardes is located La Diane, a house with classic architecture and a contemporary soul. The open-space loft-style base was ideal for the owners to re-decorate and give it a very special personality, punctuated with works of art and modernist furniture.
The exterior constitutes a very well appointed living space with a fully equipped summer kitchen with gas plancha,
as well as a shower room with WC.

The house of around 200m2 is accessed by going down a staircase, on the right is a completely independent bedroom with its bathroom and Aircon. A few steps down. We arrive at the actual entrance to the house from which we access a hall with a view of the very beautiful bright living room, the terrace and the swimming pool.
On the left is located the TV and billiards living. On the right. A toilet.
The living-dining-kitchen area opens onto the swimming pool and the garden , it is not equipped with air conditioning, but remains cool thanks to the large covered terrace on the front;
The layout is qualitative, the kitchen fully equipped beside there is a utility room and a laundry room.
Via the open staircase, you reach the first floor by a walkway serving the three bedrooms. The first being ensuite, with its own bathroom, the other two sharing the third bathroom.
All rooms are air conditioned.
Outside, the large covered terrace houses a summer lounge, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen equipped with sink, small fridge and plancha.
Swimming pool area, is hidden from view and is equipped with deckchairs and parasols, to the side of the house a pretty garden, partially shaded.
At the entrance level there is one private car parking and to the side of the house a second private space provided on the street within the estate.
