Our holiday home Klötzlehuus was completely renovated in 2021, newly furnished in the first months of 2022 and is now looking forward to its first guests. The house is located on the edge of the original terp village of Rysum and is only about 4 km from the North Sea. Peace and relaxation for families and friends.
On the ground floor, a large, cosy living/dining area with sofa, armchair and dining table awaits you for cosy hours. The kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Senseo Duo etc. leaves nothing to be desired.
Furthermore, you will find a beautiful double room with TV and private bathroom on the ground floor.
In the attic there is a smaller 1-bed room and a 2-bed room (both with TV) as well as a bathroom.

We are a family of 5 and have found our dream cottage in Rysum. The village of Rysum is magical and we feel very comfortable spending our free time here. The quiet holiday village of Rysum is located about 11 km northwest of Emden and is only 4 km from the North Sea. Rysum is the southernmost village in the municipality of Krummhörn. Worth seeing is the church with the oldest playable organ in Northern Europe (1457) as well as the striking mill, which can be seen from far away. Extensive walks, long bicycle tours, numerous sights on the Krummhörn and much more are the best prerequisites for a relaxing holiday. If the weather is not suitable for a walk or a bicycle tour, we recommend the Ottohuus in Emden or the Teemesum in Norden.
