Completed in early 2023, "Lichthuys" is located in the heart of Cadzand-Bad, close to the marina, the dunes and the beach. This beautiful flat is on the second floor so you have a partial sea view from the windows. Shops and restaurants are close by and the bakery is right next door. The flat has one bedroom and a private bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and is suitable for 2 adults.
Layout: You enter from the hall into the lovely living room with open kitchen equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and 5-burner gas cooker. The bedroom is equipped with electrically adjustable beds with top quality Auping mattresses. The luxurious bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and sink. There is a separate toilet in the hall. There is a washer/dryer combination in the storage room.
The flat is very luxuriously furnished with a flat screen smart TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the bedroom. Internet is available free of charge.
The flat comes with a parking space on a private plot behind the building. There is also a storage room where you can safely store your bicycles. Of course, the Lichthuys has a lift and a staircase.

Lichthuys is centrally located in Cadzand-Bad, right by the dunes and beach and next to the marina. For fresh bread you only have to go to the neighbour and the supermarket is about 300 metres away.
Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort on the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The seaside resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the teeth of the sharks found there and for sun worshippers - the place in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine per year.

Ab der sechsten Woche vor dem Mietbeginn bis zur zweiten Woche vor Mietbeginn berechnen wir Ihnen 75%. Ab zwei Wochen vor Mietbeginn berechnen wir 100%. Außerdem zahlen Sie auch € 35,- Verwaltungskosten. Im Falle einer Stornierung unsererseits werden bereits gezahlte Gelder zurückerstattet. Um Diskussionen zu vermeiden, empfehlen wir dem Mieter, eine Stornierungsversicherung bei einer (Reise-)Versicherungsgesellschaft abzuschließen.

Departure normally before 10.00 and arrival from 15.00. Arrival earlier then 15.00 is possible, but we can not guarantee that the apartment is ready.
In the center of Cadzand there is a paid parking regime. On arrival you can park in front of our building or that of our neighbors without having to pay.
You have to pick up the keys of the apartment at our office at Boulevard de Wielingen 59 in Cadzand-Bad. If you arrive after 17.00 o'clock please contact us.
