Our tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment/house has a living space of approx. 70 sqm, which is divided into a kitchen, a large, bright living room with exit to the south-facing balcony, the bathroom and two bedrooms. You reach the house through a separate entrance. For our cycling guests as well as motorcyclists, we provide a lockable parking space for the bikes. The apartment/house is furnished for 4 adults. But there is also room for a family with a small child. A cot and a high chair are available, so you can use this equipment free of charge. The kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, extractor bonnet, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The light-flooded living room invites you to linger with its large couch and a reading chair. For your entertainment, there is a TV with satellite reception, radio, CD/DVD player and various board games. From the living room you have direct access to the south-facing balcony, which invites you to relax with its cosy garden furniture. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower facilities, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and an outside window.
The house is a non-smoking domicile, and we would like to ask our guests to smoke in the open air
to smoke.
Children are welcome in our house.

Location and surroundings of object
The immediate vicinity of Altendiez has a lot to offer in terms of history with its two castles (Oranienstein Castle & Count's Castle) and its beautiful old town of Diez, and is also a perfect starting point for excursions into the Lahn Valley. But other day trips, such as to the Taunus, the Westerwald or the Rhine, can also be easily made from Altendiez
Hikers get their money's worth just as much as cyclists or water sports enthusiasts. The newly opened and award-winning Lahn hiking trail is the shining star in the hiking sky here. "Erhol Dich Gut" is centrally located in the village centre of Altendiez in the direct vicinity of the romantic cathedral city of Limburg on the Hessian side. Altendiez is, as the name suggests, the "old Diez" and is situated on a hill with magnificent views over the Lahn valley from Weterwald and Taunusaus.
Due to our geographical location, Altendiez, up to the Lahn crossing in Diez, still belongs to the eastern part of the World Cultural Heritage Middle Rhine Valley with its many wine villages as well as the Loreley and is situated in the Nassau Nature Park on the Lahn Holiday Road.
From your holiday accommodation you can easily reach the local shops for daily needs as well as a supermarket on foot
Guests travelling with pets can reach the surrounding fields, meadows and woodlands on foot in approx. 2 - 3 minutes for extended walks.

Everything top !!
Three of us stayed in the holiday flat in Altdiez.
Everything was very clean and there was everything you need.
The landlords are very accommodating and friendly, and if you had any questions, you could ask them at any time.
All in all it was wonderful, we will definitely come back.
