We had a lovely holiday apartment in Maccagno, clean and close to the lake, with a lovely large terrace. The on-site arrangement and key handover was very friendly and hassle-free.
Direct contact with belvilla didn't work. We wanted to rebook one night, no concrete answer by email, no phone call, just a hold. The rebooking was registered in the local agency, but we didn't receive a refund from belvilla. M. Georgi
