These are completely independent complete townhouses, each with their own entrance, constructed in a staggered manner over two levels. The ensemble of houses combines the classic resort architecture of the Baltic Sea coast with that of a modern new building in a successful manner.
The exterior simplicity of the house continues inside, where high-quality materials and simple colors dominate. The ground floor houses the living room, the fitted kitchen, and the bathroom with an attached sauna. The upper floor has a bedroom and another small room that can be used as a children's room or a second bedroom.
From the living room, there is a sunny terrace facing west behind a protected beech hedge, which invites you to barbecue or sunbathe in the summer. Due to the advantageous orientation towards the sky and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and sleeping areas, the house is as if flooded with light. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for preparing meals; the small dishwasher then swiftly handles the washing up.
The vacation house, with its three rooms, is almost 70 sqm in size, and aims to appeal to guests who value almost luxurious comfort and high quality standards, as well as appreciate beautiful design. The in-house fireplace and sauna provide a cozy, comfortable atmosphere even in bad weather or during the cold season, so that guests can feel comfortable at any time of year.
All rooms are decorated with handmade artworks.

The houses are situated in the small garden street - a little-used residential street - right in the beautiful Heiligendamm. The town of Heiligendamm (actually a part of Bad Doberan) is located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in the proximity of Rostock, more precisely, between Bad Doberan and Kühlungsborn directly on the Baltic coast. A Luxusort modeled after the British had Brighton Duke Friedrich Franz I, the founder of Heiligendamm in mind, with a hotel, villas, a casino and horse racetrack. With the opening of the first large bathhouse 1796 the rise to power began to first-class spa, and the former party-society was not twice please: Russia's Tsar Peter the Great, Lord Nelson, Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, and Rainer Maria Rilke, strolled through the promenade, Field Marshal Blücher, the "Hero of Waterloo", it went to the casino - and "dared and won as usual," says a chronicler. Who in the early 20th Century came to Heiligendamm, was among the better classes, and by the end of the second World War II, the white town by the sea most fashionable seaside resort in Germany. The DDR then declared the site a "sanatorium for working people," what the place, all in all, however, was not so good. But nevertheless remained the classicism of the 19th Century, as is otherwise well preserved anywhere else!
