In this villa you will find everything you need. Fully equipped for 6 people, it leaves hardly anything to be desired. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a 2.0 x 1.8 m box spring bed for maximum comfort. In the third bedroom there is a 2.0 x 1.40 m double bed. For our little guests, a travel cot is available. You will also find a large living room with ample seating, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. The air conditioners can also be used for heating if needed. For the colder season, the villa is equipped with central heating.
Outside, there is a covered terrace with space for 6 people as well. At the rear of the property, there is a covered, wind-protected open outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, gas stove, and wood oven, where you can enjoy the mild summer evenings.
The 8x4 m saltwater pool is more than just a paddling pool. Why saltwater? It is gentler on the skin and, thanks to the built-in chlorine control, has an overall lower chlorine content than conventionally chlorinated freshwater pools. The pool is heated by a heat pump. This way, it can still be used for a long time after the sea has already become too cold.
Refresh yourself beforehand in the secluded outdoor shower. This also has a hot water connection. 4 sun loungers and a Hollywood swing invite you to comfortably chill in the afternoon.
The installed PV system is used to operate the pool heating and air conditioning units in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way.

The villa is located in a very quiet residential area in San Fulgencio, urbanisation La Marina. The beach is less than 10 minutes away by car. Shopping facilities (Aldi, Lidl, Konsum etc.) can be found in the immediate vicinity. In the villa there is a folder with an overview.

Un hogar muy acogedor
Somos una familia de 5 miembros ( de ellos, 3 son niños pequeños) y hemos estado 7 días en el mes de agosto. La casa se encuentra en un sitio muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa (a 10 minutos en coche), tiendas y otros ocios.
En cuanto al interior de esta, la piscina estaba muy limpia y con buena temperatura. Además, con ducha exterior, hamacas, zona de barbacoa y aparcamiento en la propia casa para tener tu coche seguro.
Dentro de la casa con todos los electrodomésticos, televisión, sofás cómodos y camas estupendas y grandes. Se nota que es una casa que se ha hecho y decorado con amor y con gusto, lo que hace de su alojamiento como si estuvieras en tu propia casa, pero en un sitio tranquilo, cómodo y para disfrutar de unas vacaciones increíbles.
Podemos decir, como familia, que ha sido un alojamiento increíble y especial por todo el cuidado y empeño que sus dueños ponen en ella.
Muchas gracias, D. Kraus, por darnos esta oportunidad de vivir unas inolvidables vacaciones. Ojalá volvamos a disfrutarla pronto.

Highly recommended!!
Rarely have I had such a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped house! Everything you need is really available here, inside and outside (enough towels, beach equipment, kitchen, pool, games, air conditioning, books, and so on?).
Friendly and reliable contact with Mr. Weber. The on-site support was also very good!!
For activities, renting a car is recommended?

Super well-maintained villa
This was the third time in the villa, and we had a great vacation with our grandchildren, aged 4 and 11! The villa is very well-maintained and very modernly furnished! The pool was the highlight for our grandchildren (at 33 degrees water temperature). We will come back! Regards to the Weber family.

Perfect vacation

A dream vacation home!
We spent our vacation here with 4 adults and two children.
Upon arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised. The house, the outdoor area, and especially the pool - a dream!!!
The support both before the trip and on-site is/was excellent.
We lacked nothing!
The layout of the house leaves nothing to be desired, a large kitchen with all the utensils that invites you to cook. Beautiful bedrooms with enough storage space. Stylish decor. High level of cleanliness!
We would spend our holiday here anytime again!
