In this villa you will find everything you need. Fully equipped for 6 people, it leaves hardly anything to be desired. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a 2.0 x 1.8 m box spring bed for maximum comfort. In the third bedroom there is a 2.0 x 1.40 m double bed. For our little guests, a travel cot is available. So it can still be used for a long time when the sea has already become too cold. In spring, starting from April, and in autumn until the end of November, we reach water temperatures of over 24°C; from May to the end of October, 28 to 32°C are possible. In the hot summer months, we can also cool the pool.
Refresh yourself beforehand in the secluded outdoor shower. This also has a hot water connection. 4 sun loungers and a Hollywood swing invite you to comfortably chill under the palm trees in the afternoon.
The installed PV system is used to operate the pool heating and air conditioning units in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way.
Park your vehicle (or even 2) within the fenced grounds of the villa.

Perfect house
We had an absolutely impeccable stay! ? The rental is very well equipped, comfortable, and perfectly suited for families. Huge favorite for the heated pool, with no overlooking, which allowed us to enjoy and have fun, both parents and children. ?♀️☀️
The region is also very pleasant, with many things to visit and beautiful discoveries to make. We leave delighted with our stay and we recommend this rental with our eyes closed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect house for a relaxing vacation
We, as a 3-generation household, had 2 wonderful relaxing weeks.
The house has really everything you need; our trunk could have been only half as full. From kitchen utensils to beach items, towels, board games, everything was sufficiently available, the host thought of absolutely everything and arranged it lovingly. One could easily arrive by plane and have everything on site. Very well-maintained house, pleasantly large beds, a very good air conditioning, simply a house to linger. Only the refrigerator and the kitchen could have been cleaner, but we took care of that in a few minutes; the rest of the house was top-notch cleaned. Everything you need in the immediate vicinity, shopping options and restaurants even within walking distance. Ample parking right in front of the door. For us, the absolute highlight was the pool, very nice and large, very clean, good temperature, with a good entry step suitable for my younger daughter and my over 70-year-old mother as well. We spent an incredible amount of time here. The heated outdoor shower was absolutely great and incredibly beautiful under this tree. The host was always immediately available with advice and assistance for smaller questions, very friendly and responsive. The entire area is very international and everyone is very friendly. We were able to communicate very well everywhere, whether in German, French, or English. If we spend our vacation in this area again, we would very much like to stay in this wonderful house again.

Fantastic Villa!
We have had the best holiday, thank you Klaus! The villa is amazing, everything you could ever think of is provided. We come to La Marina regularly to visit family and this is by far the best villa yet. We look forward to visiting again xxx

A very cozy home
We are a family of 5 members (of which, 3 are small children) and we have been 7 days in the month of August. The house is located in a very well-situated place, near the beach (10 minutes by car), shops, and other leisure activities.
Regarding the interior, the pool was very clean and at a good temperature. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, hammocks, a barbecue area, and parking at the house to keep your car safe. Inside the house with all the appliances, television, comfortable sofas, and wonderful, large beds. It is evident that it is a house that has been made and decorated with love and taste, which makes your stay feel like you are in your own home, but in a quiet, comfortable place to enjoy an amazing vacation.
We can say, as a family, that it has been an incredible and special accommodation due to all the care and effort that its owners put into it.
Thank you very much, D. Kraus, for giving us this opportunity to live an unforgettable vacation. Hopefully, we will enjoy it again soon.

Highly recommended!!
Rarely have I had such a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped house! Everything you need is really available here, inside and outside (enough towels, beach equipment, kitchen, pool, games, air conditioning, books, and so on?).
Friendly and reliable contact with Mr. Weber. The on-site support was also very good!!

Das Haus verfügt über wirklich alles was man braucht, unser Kofferraum hätte nur halb so voll sein müssen. Von Küchenutensilien, über Strandsachen, Tücher, Gesellschaftsspiele wirklich alles war zur Genüge vorhanden, der Gastgeber hat absolut an alles gedacht und liebevolle hergerichtet. Man könnte ohne Probleme mit dem Flugzeug anreisen und hätte vor Ort alles. Sehr schön gepflegtes Haus, angenehm große Betten, eine sehr gute Klimaanlage, einfach ein Haus zum Verweilen. Einzig der Kühlschrank und die Küche hätte sauberer sein können aber das hatten wir in ein paar Minuten erledigt, der Rest des Hauses war tip top gereinigt. In der näheren Umgebung alles was man braucht, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sogar fussläufig erreichbar. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Für uns das absolute Highlight war der Pool, sehr schön groß, sehr sauber, gute Temperatur, mit einer guten Einstiegstreppe für meine jüngere Tochter und meine über 70-Jährige Mutter auch sehr geeignet. Hier haben wir unglaublich viel Zeit verbracht. Auch die temperierte Aussendusche absolut klasse und unglaublich schön unter diesem Baum. Der Gastgeber stand uns bei kleineren Fragen immer sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sehr freundlich und reaktiv. Die gesamte Umgebung sehr international und alle sehr freundlich. Wir konnten uns egal ob mit Deutsch, Französisch oder Englisch überall sehr gut verständigen. Sollten wir unsere Ferien noch einmal in dieser Gegend verbringen dann sehr gerne wieder in diesem wundervollen Haus.
La région est également très agréable, avec beaucoup de choses à visiter et de belles découvertes à faire. Nous repartons ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
En cuanto al interior de esta, la piscina estaba muy limpia y con buena temperatura. Además, con ducha exterior, hamacas, zona de barbacoa y aparcamiento en la propia casa para tener tu coche seguro.
Dentro de la casa con todos los electrodomésticos, televisión, sofás cómodos y camas estupendas y grandes. Se nota que es una casa que se ha hecho y decorado con amor y con gusto, lo que hace de su alojamiento como si estuvieras en tu propia casa, pero en un sitio tranquilo, cómodo y para disfrutar de unas vacaciones increíbles.
Podemos decir, como familia, que ha sido un alojamiento increíble y especial por todo el cuidado y empeño que sus dueños ponen en ella.

Bereits bei Ankunft waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Das Haus, die Außenanlage und vor allem der Pool - ein Traum!!!
Die Betreuung sowohl vor Beginn der Reise als auch vor Ort ist/war bestens.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!
Die Aufteilung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, eine große Küche mit allen Utensilien, die einlädt zum Kochen. Schöne Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Stauraum. Stilvolle Einrichtung. Hohes Maß an Sauberkeit!
Wir würden unseren Urlaub jederzeit wieder hier verbringen!
