Eifel holiday flat Ulla
The spacious and comfortable 83 sqm holiday flat offers space for 4 people and is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful and quiet apartment building on the outskirts of Lissendorf.
Lissendorf is located in the middle of the Volcanic Eifel, 13 km from Gerolstein and 8 km from the Eifel crime town of Hillesheim.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is equipped with a satellite TV, a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and a barrier-free shower, a guest toilet, a spacious living and dining room with a large satellite TV with access to the balcony of the flat.
The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Senseo coffee pod machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer, kettle, hot air fryer, large fridge with additional freezer compartment and dishwasher.
Of course, all necessary cooking utensils as well as cutlery and crockery and various glasses are available.
The flat has free Wi-Fi and a stair lift. The flat is a non-smoking flat.
We welcome dogs as guests. Bowls and dog towels are available for the 4-legged friends.
A children's travel cot and a children's high chair are of course available free of charge for our younger guests on request.
Children up to 3 years stay with us free of charge.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
However, you can book a linen package with us for a fee. (Bed linen+shower towels+2 towels per person and stay)
A deposit of €100 is required for each booking and is payable with the payment of the balance. The deposit, which serves as security for the landlord, will be returned within one week of departure, provided a satisfactory inspection of the rental property has been carried out.
Of course there is also a parking space at the house and for our guests with bicycles or motorbikes there is a storage space.
You can start your hikes and bicycle tours directly from the house.
The railway station in Lissendorf is only a few minutes' walk from the holiday home.
In the village you will find a bakery, a butcher's shop, a post office, a flower shop, a doctor's surgery and a small grocery shop

Cancellation terms:
You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of a withdrawal, you are liable to compensate us for any damage incurred: - From the day the deposit is received from the tenant until the 61st day before the start of the rental period: the amount of the deposit - From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the rental: 50% of the total price - From the 30th day up to the date of arrival: 100% of the rental price The date of receipt of your withdrawal notification will apply. Any amounts already paid will be offset. You can nominate a substitute person to take over your contract under the specified conditions. A written notification is sufficient. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

Wonderfully furnished apartment
A beautiful apartment that is very well furnished. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired; there is absolutely everything you need. We were received very friendly, making us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Absolutely everything was thought of. There were towels, bowls, and a really great dog bed for the dogs, which my two would have liked to keep. It was an all-around lovely holiday in a nice, cozy apartment in a beautiful area. Thank you very much for this unforgettable holiday.

Perfect holiday flat: quiet location, well-equipped, beautiful sea view.
The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully located and equipped with everything you need. Even the dog enjoys a real holiday there :-)

More than recommended
We (3 friends and 6 dogs) wanted to spend a vacation together with our dogs.
Everything was wonderful. We and the dogs felt right at home. All the dogs were very relaxed, even the landlord's dogs. Two very kind people.
We did a lot of hiking, among other things we went to the Dreimühlen-Wasserfall. Beautiful.
