Description
This charming fisherman's house is located in a quiet residential area about 2 km from the beach.
On the ground floor there is a large entrance, a spacious double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a room that is currently used as an office and also accommodates an extra single bed.
A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a bright and cosy living room, equipped with sofa bed and TV and the well-equipped American kitchen. The dining room is directly opposite the kitchen and is separated by a bar. On the same floor we have another bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is access to the 15 m² terrace. A fantastic view allows us to see the mountains, even the Canigo.
This lovingly furnished fisherman's house is suitable for 4 - 6 people.
All bedrooms and the dining room are equipped with electric fans on the ceiling.
Bed linen and towels must be brought by the guest, but can also be rented for 25 €/set/person.

It is about 2 km to the beach, which can be reached by car or on foot, through the nearby park and past the river Muga towards the beach.
