The flat has 2 bedrooms, bedroom no. 1 -the walnut room has 3 beds. 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed (ideal as a family room) and large windows directly onto the countryside, Bedroom No. 2 - the tapestry room has a double bed, sitting area, desk by the window, window onto the courtyard. There is a nice bathroom with shower and tub, WC, mirror cabinet, vanity mirror, view through the windows goes into the nature. Furthermore, there is a washing machine in the flat. Plenty of space for families. Toys, card games etc available. Dogs allowed!

The Old Forest Office in the Teutoburg Forest is located on the edge of a small village surrounded by woods and meadows. Guests are welcome to use the large courtyard garden. You can have a wonderful breakfast in the courtyard, drink coffee and have a good time. A barbecue and a garden pavilion is also available. The farm's own flock of sheep has lambs in spring and this is always an experience for children.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation of your room is possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, we charge 80 percent of the booked room price as a cancellation fee. In such cases, we will attempt to re-let the room. If the room is re-let, the cancellation costs will be reduced accordingly. If rental becomes impossible or unreasonably difficult due to force majeure or other unforeseeable events (e.g., water, storm, or fire damage, etc.), the landlord is entitled to terminate the contract without notice. Claims for damages by the tenant are excluded. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. We require written notice from you in the event of a cancellation.

We keep sheep, chickens, geese, pigeons, dogs and cats. The animals are tame and people-oriented. The farm is ideal for families with children. Children are welcome to help feed the sheep and lambs (under supervision). Sometimes sheep mothers have twins and one of the lambs has to be fed additionally with a bottle.
