The cosy flat sleeps 5 and has a large kitchen-living room with kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher. The flat has 2 bedrooms, bedroom no. 1 -the walnut room has 3 beds. 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed (ideal as a family room) and large windows directly onto the countryside, Bedroom No. 2 - the tapestry room has a double bed, sitting area, desk by the window, window onto the courtyard. There is a nice bathroom with shower and tub, WC, mirror cabinet, vanity mirror, view through the windows goes into the nature. Furthermore, there is a washing machine in the flat. Plenty of space for families. Toys, card games etc available. Dogs allowed!

The Old Forest Office in the Teutoburg Forest is located on the edge of a small village surrounded by woods and meadows. Guests are welcome to use the large courtyard garden. You can have a wonderful breakfast in the courtyard, drink coffee and have a good time. A barbecue and a garden pavilion is also available. The farm's own flock of sheep has lambs in spring and this is always an experience for children.

- Free cancellation option until 30 days before the day of arrival.
- Ihre Buchung gilt als Festbuchung, nachdem Sie unsere Reservierungsbestätigung schriftlich rückbestätigt haben. Falls aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie die Anreise kurzfristig nicht möglich sein sollte, da ein Shutdown angeordnet wird, so dass wir nicht geöffnet haben und touristische Reisen nicht erlaubt sind, erfolgt eine kostenlose Stornierung. Sollte eine vollständige Corona Impfung, Boosterung oder ähnliches Voraussetzung für die Reise sein, ist diese dann für alle Gäste verbindlich. Für nicht geimpfte Personen ist dies kein kostenloser Stornierungsgrund. Ansonsten gilt folgende Regelung: Eine Stornierung Ihres Zimmers ist bis 4 Wochen vor Anreise kostenfrei möglich. Bei Stornierung, verspäteter Anreise oder verfrühter Abreise berechnen wir 80 Prozent des gebuchten Zimmerpreises als Stornogebühr. In diesem Falle bemühen wir uns um Nachvermietung. Bei Nachvermietung verringern sich dementsprechend die Stornokosten. Wird die Vermietung durch höhere Gewalt oder sonstige unvorhersehbare Ereignisse (z.B. Wasser-, Sturm- und Brandschäden etc.) unmöglich oder unverhältnismäßig erschwert, ist der Vermieter berechtigt, den Vertrag fristlos zu kündigen. Schadensersatzansprüche des Mieters sind ausgeschlossen. Wir empfehlen eine Reise-Rücktrittskosten-Versicherung. Eine Stornierung benötigen wir schriftlich von Ihnen.

We keep sheep, chickens, geese, pigeons, dogs and cats. The animals are tame and people-oriented. The farm is ideal for families with children. Children are welcome to help feed the sheep and lambs (under supervision). Sometimes sheep mothers have twins and one of the lambs has to be fed additionally with a bottle.
