Welcome to the holiday home Albatros Strandslag 306 in Julianadorp aan Zee – your cozy vacation residence directly behind the dunes of the Dutch North Sea coast.
The approximately 74 m² holiday home offers space for up to 6 people and is ideal for families, couples, or a relaxing holiday with friends. The house is located on an approximately 350 m² fully fenced property with its own garden, terrace, and parking space directly at the house. The holiday home has three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two beds (90 × 200 cm). The other two bedrooms have double beds measuring 180 × 200 cm and 160 × 200 cm respectively. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The cozy living area invites you to relax after a day at the sea. Amenities include, among others, a TV with satellite/cable reception, fireplace, Bluetooth soundbar, and various games. The open kitchen is extensively equipped and offers, among other things, an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The dining table seats up to 6 people.
Outside, you will find a terrace with garden furniture, a spacious lawn for sunbathing, and a charcoal grill. Parasol and windbreak ensure that you can enjoy the garden even in typical North Holland coastal weather. Thanks to the complete fencing, the garden is especially suitable for families with children.
Of course, Wi-Fi is available in the holiday home. A washing machine is also provided.
A special highlight is the location: the wide sandy beach of the North Sea is only about 500 meters away and easily reachable on foot. This allows you to spontaneously go to the beach in the morning, take long walks through the dunes, or end the day with a sunset by the sea.

The holiday home Strandslag 306 is located in the Strandslag holiday park in Julianadorp aan Zee in North Holland – directly behind the dunes and only about 500 meters from the expansive sandy beach of the North Sea.
The location is ideal for a relaxing beach, family, and active holiday. You can easily reach the beach on foot. There you will find miles of sandy beaches, dunes, and the open North Sea – ideal for swimming, sunbathing, walking, and numerous water sports activities. The surrounding area also offers excellent opportunities for cyclists and hikers. Numerous paths lead through the dunes and the typically North Holland coastal landscape.
The Strandslag holiday park offers numerous leisure activities, especially for families. These include, among others, a water playground, play and climbing facilities, table tennis, football, basketball, volleyball, and mini golf. There is also an animal enclosure in the park. The center of Julianadorp is only a few kilometers away. Here you will find numerous shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, doctors, a drugstore, and other facilities.
The holiday home is also an ideal starting point for excursions. Den Helder is only a few kilometers away. From there, for example, you can take the ferry for a day trip to the island of Texel. Well-known places and cities such as Callantsoog, Alkmaar, Bergen, Schagen, Enkhuizen, and Hoorn are also suitable for day trips.
Whether a beach holiday, cycling tours, a family vacation, or simply a few quiet days on the North Sea – thanks to its immediate proximity to the beach and dunes, Strandslag 306 is an ideal starting point for discovering North Holland.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 50 days before the arrival date.
The lease can only be terminated in writing. Upon cancellation by the tenant, the following costs will be incurred: 10% up to 49 days before the arrival day. 30% from the 30th day before the arrival day. 80% between the 30th and 14th day before the arrival day. Otherwise (less than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price. Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to rent out the property to someone else.

Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled.
We stayed as two families at Mr. Becker's holiday house. Even the two travel cots of the little ones found space in the upper bedrooms. The equipment of the house is very good! There was truly nothing missing. Even cooking basics like spices and oil were available. On the terrace, we could enjoy the sun without restrictions, while the children delighted in the animal visitors (ducks) in the fenced garden. The location is great! It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the beautiful beach. To our taste (especially because of the small children), there was a bit too much decoration. There was often a lack of space to simply put things down. Nevertheless, we can recommend the house without reservation and will definitely come back again!

Mega beautiful house!!!!
We, a family with 2 children (8 and 10 years old), can fully recommend the house!
Nothing is missing! The equipment is great!
Dishwasher and washing machine are available, as well as a small oven (microwave) that is great for reheating bread rolls!
The furnishings are perfectly coordinated and really beautiful!
Each room is decorated very tastefully! The bedrooms/ children's room have plenty of space and enough storage for clothing etc.! The children's room has a loft bed and a small baby bed! There is also an additional small chest of drawers available, which provides a lot of space for baby clothing etc.! And there is also a desk!
Everything was very clean and well-maintained upon our arrival! No old or heavily used furniture! Everything is tip-top!
The location of the house is also perfect! The children didn't have far to go to the playground (which is a true dream for kids) and we were at the beach in less than 10 minutes!
The beach is very large and clean!
Really great for families with children!
Shopping opportunities are also not far away!
In Julianadorp, there is a really nice small shopping center (with Aldi, Lidl, Deen, clothing stores, drugstores, shoe store, etc.) with a very nice ice cream parlor! The owners are very friendly and always responded quickly and in detail to any questions! They were always reachable by email for questions!
In conclusion, it can be said:
That was definitely not our last holiday at Haus Strandslag 306!
We are looking forward to coming back

Modern and tastefully furnished
Very modern and tastefully decorated, child-friendly. A children's room with bunk bed and baby bed. Some toys and books. A high chair is available and the property is fenced. What more could you want? We really liked it.

Perfect holiday home in a great location.
For the umpteenth time, we spent our family vacation with our two young children in this cozy holiday home. Nothing is missing, and everything is lovingly furnished and clean. The property is completely fenced, so the children can play outside on their own. We brought our bicycles, which we could store perfectly in an extra storage room. Short distance to the great playground and the beach, as well as very beautiful bike paths through the dunes. We will gladly come again.
