Very well equipped house for 12 to 14 people.
On the second floor a self-contained apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom, hallway and south-facing balcony.
On the first floor four double rooms, each with shower/WC, Sat/TV, radio, hairdryer, safe and balcony.
Bed linen for allergy sufferers! Cork floors! (no carpet)
In the dining room all 12 to 14 people have enough space to eat together, the very well equipped kitchen is next door, as well as the room for your ski equipment with electric ski boot dryer.
Parking spaces in front of the house on our property. W-lan FREE of charge!

Our house is located south of the village in the quiet district Kapfing.
Ski bus stop about 30 m from the house, train station about 100m.

Several restaurants in walking distance, as well as the bakery and
the thermal indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Fügen is located in the front Zillertal and has about 3000 inhabitants
and is one of the larger tourism places of the Zillertal.
Adventure thermal bath with giant slide, gondola lift to the skiing areas, from the simple inn up to the Haubenrestaurant
Mountain huts, discos, as well as famous churches and buildings.
The new 18-hole golf course Uderns is 2 km away.

Toller Urlaub im Zillertal
A wonderful holiday home with a terrace and a fantastic view of the Zillertal. Nothing was missing. The equipment of the house is very comfortable, ranging from high-quality kitchen facilities, spacious bathroom, bright rooms with TVs to a very fast internet connection. The Wurm family as hosts are friendly and helpful. The three of us liked it so much that we will definitely come back.

Sun skiing in Kaltenbach.
We, 11 people, had a relaxing and sunny skiing holiday at Haus Irma. Very well-equipped kitchen, rooms with shower and toilet, close to the ski bus, bread service, very helpful and friendly landlady. Ski areas in Fügen and Kaltenbach easily accessible. A week of sunshine and great snow made the holiday a fantastic skiing experience.

Great for groups and ski holidays
We (6E + 6K) have now spent our skiing holiday with Mrs Ebster for the second time. The house is very suitable for such a large group. Everything is available in the house, each room has its own sink and only the top two share a bathroom. The large kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space in the lounge. There is also enough space and drying facilities for skis, ski boots and ski clothing. We would have loved to come back next year, but unfortunately the carnival holidays are already taken.

For years, our go-to place in the Zillertal.
I have been going on ski vacations to Irma with my parents since my childhood. Even today, with my partner, there is not a year in which we do not come to the Zillertal and spend a few nice days at Irma's. The ski bus stops right below the house and can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. We especially enjoy the beautiful lounge and well-equipped kitchen, especially when traveling with relatives and friends. We are already looking forward to our next stay in the summer.

Schöner Familienurlaub
We were a total of 12 adults and 3 children in this vacation home. Everyone really liked it. The direct access to the basement is perfect for skiers.
