Family-friendly holiday home in the health resort Xanten – quiet, green, and close to the center
Welcome to our cozy non-smoking holiday home in the officially recognized health resort Xanten on the beautiful Lower Rhine. Includes 4 bicycles (use at your own risk), bed linen, and parking in the driveway under the carport!
Enjoy the special combination of a quiet, green location and short distances to the most beautiful sights and leisure activities in the region. The historic market square with the impressive Xanten Cathedral is only about 400 meters away and easily reachable on foot.
Right around the corner is the spa park with graduation tower, water treading pool, barefoot path, and several playgrounds. Here children can play and adults can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
The Xanten North and South Seas offer numerous possibilities for a varied holiday. Look forward to the large beach with fine sandy shore, the water ski facility with snack bar, the climbing park, as well as beautiful hiking and cycling trails around the lakes. With the excursion boat you can explore the North and South Lake from the water. Surfing and sailing courses are also offered. For information on this, please contact the Xanten Leisure Center.

The semi-detached house for you is located in a quiet and pleasant cul-de-sac in Xanten with friendly neighbors. The historic marketplace is within easy walking distance. It is about 800 meters to the Xanten Cathedral, and the Archaeological Park Xanten is about 1 kilometer away. Shopping facilities, a supermarket, are already about 150 meters away. The location thus combines tranquility with short distances to the main sights and daily necessities.

Beautiful holiday home
We spent two very nice weeks in the holiday home. The holiday home is well-equipped and lovingly furnished and decorated. We went on many bike tours and visited Xanten and some other cities and castles.

Super cozy and beautifully furnished holiday home
The holiday home is very cozy and the garden is very beautiful. We only missed a coffee table or a small side table to set down glasses or cups while watching TV. Otherwise, everything was available. Very good Wi-Fi connection. The holiday home has a good location. The Xantener South and North Seas are quickly reachable. Our bikes found space in the locked garage. There are many cycling paths there. Just great. In the beds, one could sleep very well although we have back issues. The holiday home is simply recommended. The week went by too quickly. Anyone who wants to relax is in the best hands here. Many tips from the landlord were received that were worth it.

Summer vacation in Wardt/Xanten
We, as a family of four, felt absolutely comfortable in the holiday home. For us, it was a perfect fit. Cycling, sailing across the Rhine on the ferry, swimming, exploring small towns, learning in the Roman Park, enjoying nature, relaxing in the garden. In Oberhausen, visiting the Centro. Or even going to the neighboring country. The area is really beautiful, and especially with children, you can do a lot of great things. Since it's very flat, large bike tours were also no problem. Rees and Wesel, Kalkar and Xanten are really very easy to reach. For bird lovers, this is a top area, with endless photo opportunities. We were more than pleased with the surroundings and everything in the house was top-notch. We gladly award the deserved full points. Best regards from Kassel.
