Welcome to your small but nice apartment "Dünenperle". The apartment for two people is located on the upper floor of an apartment house and has a room with a double bed and seating for two. A small kitchenette and a shower bath complete your vacation home.

The apartment house is located directly at the nature reserve Königshafen. Directly at the house is a car parking space. The proximity to the Lister harbor and the west beach offers varied possibilities for those seeking recreation.

Garden furniture is available to you seasonally limited.
Barbecuing with a charcoal or gas grill is not allowed.

free of charge if there are 180 or more between the booking and the arrival date and the tenant cancels the booking no later than the end of the 3rd, following the booking
from the 14th day before the start of the rental 100% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
from the 34th day before the start of the rental 80% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
from the 44th day before the start of the rental 50% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
before that, the general principle of 20% of the tour price applies plus 35 € fee
