Description

Our holiday flat has a separate entrance and is located on the 1st floor. The flat can be reached by stairs.

It has two separate bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (size 1.80 m x 2.00 m), 2 night consoles with table lamp, 1 wardrobe and on request a cot can be placed in both rooms.

In the living/dining area there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator incl. freezer compartment, hotplates incl. oven, a dishwasher, dishwasher powder, washing-up liquid, microwave, filter coffee machine and a coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, crockery, cutlery, pizza cutter and much more.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, shower, hairdryer, towel dryer and shelves.

In addition, our flat offers its own parking space directly in front of the house and a locked bicycle storage space.

Our house has insect screens for an undisturbed stay and restful nights.

Free Wi-Fi is available, but we cannot guarantee unrestricted availability and sufficient speed.

This is a non-smoking flat.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring animals into the flat and it is NOT suitable for events or parties.

We require names and dates of birth of ALL guests when booking. Please also give us your address, your telephone number, or even better your mobile phone number.

Welcome to our holiday home for pure deceleration, relaxation and not far from the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea, Greetsiel and the twin mills as well as the open North Sea. Our holiday home is located in the centre of Leybuchtpolder in the district of Norden and in a quiet location.

Always gladly...

Not the first time in Leybuchtpolder, but for the first time in the "Old Barn" and we were positively surprised.
Warm welcome and totally uncomplicated hosts. Very pleasant right from the greeting.
The accommodation is very clean and also spacious and absolutely sufficient for 4 adults. Large garden in a quiet location. All in all top, thumbs up and 5 stars absolutely deserved.
Nothing was missing and we will certainly come here again.

Herzlich Willkommen!

Our stay in the holiday apartment "Alte Scheune" at the Momo holiday house with the Hemer family was exceptionally enjoyable, even on our third visit! Those seeking peace and a break from everyday stress will find it here. Noteworthy is the invitation from the North Germans to the Easter bonfire in Leybuchtpolder and our bike trips to the Wadden Sea - We would love to come back!

Spontaneous time out

We like peace and quiet so much and it was so wonderfully quiet there. We liked that very much. The little lake around the corner was also sweet. We didn't want for anything. Also the uncomplicated booking despite the short notice. How friendly and accommodating you are and the people in general.
Everything was immaculately clean - really tremendous.

We would be happy if we could come again.

Everything there that you need. Just like at home. Unpack your suitcase, feel good!
Greetsiel is not far, fresh fruit and vegetables - especially the small potatoes. The peace and quiet, the friendliness of the Leybuchtpolder people, especially the landlords.
