-Living room with dining area and box-spring sofa bed, satellite TV, wine fridge with selected wines from the Wachau region
-Bedroom with two single beds (90x200)
-Fully equipped kitchen with Siemens coffee machine, oven, 4 hot plates, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots and pans, dishwashing utensils
-Bathroom with shower at ground level, large washbasin and WC, hairdryer, towels incl.
-large terrace with wonderful lake view, seating for 4 persons, deck chairs, barbecue, awning
-Children's playhouse and sandpit
The holiday home has underfloor heating and WLAN via fibre optics throughout the house!

Our holiday home is located directly on the Wössner See lake in Unterwössen, Upper Bavaria.
Unterwössen is a very popular holiday resort for tourists looking for relaxation. As a climatic health resort, Unterwössen is known for its pleasant and mild climate.
Due to its location directly on Lake Wössen, the conditions for an eventful and at the same time relaxing holiday are ideal.
The mountains, the lake, the proximity to the Winkelmoos winter sports area and the wonderful surroundings open up a wide variety of activities for you.
In this idyllic landscape you will find our holiday home with a view of the Wössner See and the Hochplatte, which is wonderfully illuminated in the early morning hours when the sun is shining.
