Description
We rent out our beautiful holiday home, with a fantastic 180-degree view of the sea and a sunny garden. Surrounded by palm trees and bougainvilleas, you can enjoy life on the Côte d'Azur.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with sea view, with comfortable double beds and large built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms. One with a shower and one with a bathtub.
On the ground floor there is a large living room and a beautiful eat-in kitchen, both leading directly to the large terrace and garden, plus a small study and a guest toilet. Of course, the kitchen is equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery.
The sunny villa is located in a quiet, private "residence", i.e. in a residential complex with a private road. Access is through a large gate, which is video monitored and can only be opened with a number code.
There is also a large swimming pool in the complex, which can be used from morning to night. It is very well maintained and professionally cleaned every week by the "Pool Service".
We only rent to non-smokers. It is ideal for families, couples and business travellers, as Sophia-Antipolis is very close by. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for small children.
In the immediate vicinity there is a large supermarket, with bakery, hairdresser, pharmacy, drugstore.
The beaches and the beautiful old town of Antibes are only ten minutes away by car, and numerous golf courses (Golf de Biot, Le Provencal Golf, Golf Saint Donat, etc.) are just as close. And there's plenty of fun to be had in winter too: The ski resorts Isola 2000 and Auron are only 75 kilometres away.

Antibes is a French holiday resort on the French Riviera between Nice and Cannes.
It takes 15 minutes to get to Nice airport. Cannes is also about 20 minutes away.

Drive there, arrive, and feel at home immediately.
We had a relaxing stay in this holiday home in southern France during a very, very hot weather period. The house is quietly located in the midst of a very well-maintained, gated, pure residential area for locals. Those seeking authentic France away from the tourist crowds are exactly right here.
Amenities & Comfort:
The amenities of the house convinced us completely. The kitchen is really fully equipped – we lacked absolutely nothing to cook ourselves. There is a large refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. We always use a classic coffee filter to avoid producing even more waste. It fit well on the abundantly available large cups. ? A huge plus in the summer of southern France is the air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, which has ensured a restful sleep. There is no air conditioning in the living area.
The terrace is also very nice and furnished with high-quality furniture as well as a large sunshade, so one can spend cozy hours here.
Pool & Outdoor Area:
The private pool on the premises offers a very pleasant refreshment. One should, however, consider that there is no shading in the pool area, so the sun shines very strongly there during the day.
Location & Mobility:
An important aspect for travel planning: The house is located away from the center. Shopping is easily possible at the nearby shopping center. Otherwise, for most trips – whether to the beach, for dining out, or for excursions – the car must actually be used. For us, this was not a problem. The house itself is rather unsuitable for people with mobility impairments due to the bedrooms as well as the bathroom and shower located on the upper floor. There is another toilet on the ground floor.
