Description

This beautiful, completely newly furnished holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the small private park Zeepeduinen, near the nature reserve "Zeepeduinen" and the "Boswachterij Westerschouwen". The unique beaches of Zeeland are about 1.5 km away. Around the house is a beautiful, fenced garden. At the back is a large sun terrace where you can start the day with breakfast and end it in style with a drink in the evening sun. Of course, the barbecue is not missing either.

The very tasteful, newly furnished living room has a comfortable seating area. There is SMART TV where you can receive NETFLIX (via your own account) and a variety of German channels. Through the swinging doors you enter the large terrace with lots of privacy. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long. You can relax wonderfully in the lounge corner.

In the generously equipped, open kitchen, next to the dining group, you will find, among other things, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a combi-microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. The washing machine is located in the storage room.

On the first floor are the two large bedrooms. Both are equipped with 2 single box spring beds. There are enough wardrobes.

The modern bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The whole house is centrally heated. You can park on your own property (2 cars). You can store your bicycles in the storage room.

"Zeepeduinen 16" is the perfect location for those who love peace and space. The ideal starting point for a holiday on the Zeeland coast!
