This modern chalet with all luxury amenities is located in the green holiday park De Oase, near the center of Renesse and the beach. The chalet has 3 bedrooms; 1 double room with bathroom (incl. toilet) and 2 rooms with respectively 2 and 1 single beds. The spacious and sunlit living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a large dining table. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, a combo oven, and a fridge-freezer combination. From the living room, you have access to the terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your holiday in complete privacy. The chalet is also equipped with a washing machine and free WiFi. Sink, shower and toilet), 1 room with 2 single beds of 80 x 190 cm (you can of course join the two single beds and make the bed with a sheet for a double bed: the bedside table can then be placed on the left or right of the beds); there is also another bedroom with a single bed plus a trundle bed (see photo). The duvets are all standard for one person, 6 pieces plus 6 pillows. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a sink and a shower cabin; there is also a separate toilet. All rooms have electric heating. The kitchen is ideally equipped with extensive kitchen appliances.
Outside, there is a large (partially covered) veranda with a lounge set and a lawn. This terrace can be "closed off" by sliding one of the 2 storage boxes on wheels in front of the entrance to the terrace. If you have small children or bring a dog, they cannot run away. The car can be parked in front of the chalet. The chalet offers a lot of privacy, as it is located at the end of the park and under trees that provide pleasant shade in the summer. The chalet is situated on a beautiful, spacious plot with lawn, shrubs, and trees. It is good to know that the main entrance of the park is about an 8-minute walk from the chalet, the shopping center of Renesse about a 10-minute walk, and the beach 20 minutes from the cottage. However, bicycles can be rented at various locations (including at the main entrance and at the beach). Bicycles can be rented in the park, which allows you to get around much faster. In the summer, a free shuttle bus runs from the main entrance of the park to the beautiful beach. The chalet is of the Comfort type and the pitch is JU 49.
These costs are billed to the guest:
1. Cleaning €95
2. Deposit €200
3. Additional cleaning for pets for dogs (max. 2) €15 per dog 1 dog allowed in the park) per stay € 35. The terrace can be closed off for the dog by sliding the small storage chest on wheels in front of the entrance to the stairs; this way, your dog can't run away. In the park, they must be kept on a leash.
You will pay the following EXTRA costs directly upon checking in at the park:
- Key transfer with park card for cars and pedestrians € 10
- Dog € 5 per day (maximum 1 dog allowed)
- Linen package € 9.50 per person - Optional
- Kitchen package €5.50 - Optional
- Towel package (3 pieces) per person €7.50 - Optional
- Daily rate adults €2.90 mandatory; Children 4 - 17: €1.45 (0 - 3 free)
- Tourist tax €1.83 / €2.04 - (mandatory in low/high season); High season is July and August. Children 0 - 3 years free.
Reception opening hours:
Monday to Saturday, the reception is open from 09:00 to 17:00. On Sunday, the reception is open from 10:00 to 16:00. Check-in time: no later than 4:00 PM. Check-in time: 3:00 PM

Please note:
You can check in daily until 5:00 PM, except on Sundays! Please note that the reception closes at 4:00 PM, so you must be on time in the park to be able to carry out the key transfer. The usual check-in time is normally 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. In case of emergency and late arrival, please notify the reception: 0111 - 46 13 58

You MUST NOT charge an electric car from the chalet: If this happens, we are obliged to keep the deposit. There are several charging points available in the park, or you can charge in the parking lot.

Additional information for dog owners:
Only 1 dog is allowed.
In recent weeks, we have experienced a lot of inconvenience because dog owners have not adhered to our house rules. Therefore, I would like to highlight these rules again. I would like to point out that:
- a dog must be leashed at all times
- a dog must be walked outside the park
- if the dog does relieve itself in the park, you are expected to clean it up and take the bag to dispose of it
- nobody should be bothered by a dog.
Unfortunately, we too often see bags or even uncleaned dog feces lying around, and you understand that this causes inconvenience for our other park visitors. Dogs in the park are completely fine with us, but if it turns out that you as an owner do not adhere to the rules and thereby cause nuisance, your dog is from now on no longer welcome in the park.
We regret the tone of this email, but we wish to emphasize that we take this nuisance seriously. And we count on your cooperation!

DURING WINTER, DIFFERENT OPENING HOURS AND NO CHECK-INS ON SUNDAY:
From December 1 to March 15, the reception opening hours will be adjusted.
The "winter opening hours" are:
Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday: closed (thus, you cannot check in on Sundays during this period! - however, it may be possible to check out on a Sunday). This modern chalet with all luxury amenities is located in the green holiday park De Oase, close to the center of Renesse and the beach.
You can basically check in from 3:00 PM: by then the chalet should be clean. By the way, the reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM and closes at 5:00 PM: on Sundays, it opens at 10:00 AM and closes at 4:00 PM! Please make sure to check in on time (in an emergency: please call the reception: Tel 0111 82 02 11).
- The chalet's lock works in a particular way:
You have to lift the handle first before inserting the key into the lock. It takes some getting used to . . . . .
- You can park your car right next to the chalet.
Attention; electric cars MUST NOT be charged from the chalet: there are some charging stations in the park. The terrace can be "closed off" by sliding one of the 2 storage boxes on wheels in front of the entrance to the terrace. If you have small children or bring a dog, they cannot run away.
The garden shed is locked: it contains personal items. You can place your bicycles behind/next to the chalet or the garden shed.
- The duvets are all single bed duvets. - There is a coffee maker (simple with filter), a Nespresso, and a Senseo.
- The garden cushions are located in the large storage box on the terrace. When you leave after your stay, please put the cushions back because the weather conditions require it.
- You may need to turn on the heating during your stay:
First, turn on all the heaters with the switch.
Then turn the knob (above the couch) to, for example, 20 degrees. At 10:00 AM you must vacate the chalet.
- When you leave the chalet:
Please dispose of your trash in the bins in the park and leave the chalet clean and tidy; empty the dishwasher and please put new plastic bags in the bins.
- Please turn the heating back down to 10 degrees after your stay. - If you have extended the sunshades (gray and white) on the terrace: please, retract them.
- Would you be so kind as to water the flowers on the terrace and in the baskets on the fence? And could you possibly cut off the wilted flowers?

Dear Amanda,
Thank you for your chalet. We enjoyed our stay.
The campsite is very large and the chalet is located at the very back. The distance to the village is therefore almost 1km. We like this because it allows us to enjoy the peace and quiet. A bike is recommended.
You can walk to the beach (2km) or use the free transfer from the bus station.
The accommodation is ideal for 2 people. There are sleeping places for 4 people.
The covered terrace is useful if it rains.
