Description
We are renting out our 44m2 chalet in the park "de Oase" in Renesse. This offers space for up to 4 people.
The chalet is equipped with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed 140cm wide and one with two single beds 90cm wide). Both bedrooms have cabinets with plenty of storage space.
The bathroom is very spacious and has a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a window. The generously sized kitchen is fully equipped and includes the following:
Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, gas stove, oven, large refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils.
The large open-plan living room has a dining table with 5 chairs, a couch, and a cozy armchair. TV with German channels is available. The chalet has Wi-Fi. From the living room, you can access the garden through the large terrace door. There is a seating area and a Weber gas grill.
There is a private parking space right in front of the house.
There is heating for the winter months.
The park offers entertainment for children in the Kids Club and on the two large playgrounds. During the months of March to October, a private supermarket in the park is open. There, for example, you can buy fresh rolls for breakfast. There is the possibility to use washing machines in the park. Additional Information:

Dog Max. 1 (€15.00 per dog) Dogs must be leashed throughout the park.
Rental prices vary depending on the period. Minimum stay is two nights.
Smoking is not allowed.
The park is a family park. Therefore, renting to groups or individuals under 21 is not permitted. Rental is exclusively to families, couples, and individuals over 21 years old.
Additional options can be booked directly at the park, e.g., linen package or high chair for children. Keys can be picked up at the reception. The following costs are to be paid additionally to the park:
Tourist tax: 1.83 Euros off-season / 2.04 Euros high-season per person per night. Per day
Park entrance: Adults 2.90 Euro / Children 1.45 Euro per day
Key package: 10€
The rental price includes electricity, water, gas, internet. The final cleaning costs 95.00€.

Location and surroundings of object
Holiday park "de Oase" is very centrally located in Renesse, so you can be in the city centre in 4 minutes on foot and on the beach in about 15 minutes. The city centre has many shopping and entertainment possibilities. Directly opposite the park there is a large car park with charging stations for electric cars and a bicycle rental. A shuttle bus also runs regularly from there to the beach in the summer months. There are many other beautiful places to visit in the surrounding area. For animal lovers, there is a dog sanctuary nearby.
The pitch in the park is JP25 (marked on the map) and has an excellent enclosed plot in a quiet location with no through traffic.

Super vacation
We can highly recommend this chalet.
We were there the week before Easter and had a great stay.
Super quiet location in the park.
Simple and quick communication with the landlord from the beginning.
The chalet was very clean and lovingly decorated. Everything you need is there.
The city center is not far, and the beach is only a 15-minute walk away.
There are many beautiful hiking trails in the nearby area. In the evening, you can let the dog run free on the beach.

Highly recommended.
We went there with 2 people and a dog. The chalet has everything needed for a vacation. It is very lovingly decorated.
We would vacation there again at any time.
Also important if you vacation there with a dog: The garden is not enclosed by the hedge and there is no garden gate.

Wonderful vacation in a very charming chalet
The chalet is very well equipped, very clean, and lovingly furnished; here you can feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation wonderfully. The campsite is also very well-maintained, and there is even a small shop. The proximity to the city center and the transfer point, from where free shuttle buses to the beach run during the high season, is practical. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the beach entrance at Oude Moolweg. The accommodation is highly recommended; we would love to come back.

Sea longing??
A successful short vacation with family booked spontaneously. The mobile home meets all the requirements needed, nothing is missing. Perfect location, whether to the center, the sea, for bike tours, everything easily accessible. We felt very comfortable and will repeat it. The weather was good, so relaxation in the fresh air was successful. Thanks for the great organization and communication.

Beach vacation
The holiday park has a good location for families!
The city center is within walking distance!
So you don't need to use the car for shopping or to "get bread rolls", for example.
It is ideal to rent a bike and explore the surroundings.
Zeeland really has beautiful beaches! Even the most beautiful beach section in 2023.
There are also activities for young and old!
For example, Neeltje Jans or the seal station "A Seal".
The accommodation is sufficient for a family with 1/2 children and was clean and well maintained.
We will be happy to come back!

Great vacation
The Charlet is very pretty and cozy furnished. Everything you need for your stay is available. The location is very central and the beach can be quickly reached with the free shuttle bus. The pedestrian zone invites you to shop or just stroll around. Would love to come back.

Beautiful vacation destination.
We had unforgettable days in Renesse. The chalet is perfect for a small family. It is very clean, decorated with great attention to detail and has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk to the city center and the beach, you can park your car directly in front of the door and the small garden invites you to cozy barbecues and chilling. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice and well maintained chalet
The chalet is very well maintained and super equipped. The fact that we were allowed to bring our dog was great. We will gladly come back and can only recommend it! The park around it is also very nice and quiet. Top location and central to the village.
