Description
We are renting out our 44m2 chalet in the park "de Oase" in Renesse. This offers space for up to 4 people and is located on one of the most beautiful and best-situated plots in the park.
The chalet is equipped with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed 150cm wide and one with two single beds 80cm wide). Both bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
The bathroom is very spacious and has a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a window. The generously sized kitchen is fully equipped and includes the following:
Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, gas stove, oven, large refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and dishwasher.
The large open-plan living room features a dining table with 5 chairs, a sofa, and a comfortable armchair. TV with German channels is available. The chalet has Wi-Fi. From the living room, you can access the garden through the large patio door. There is a seating area and a Weber gas grill.
A private parking space is located directly in front of the house.
There is heating for the winter months.
The park offers entertainment for children in the Kids Club and on the two large playgrounds. From March to October, the park has its own supermarket open. There you can get, for example, fresh rolls for breakfast. There is the possibility to use washing machines in the park. Further information:

Dog max. 1 (15.00 euros per dog) Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the park.
Rental prices vary depending on the period. Minimum stay is two nights.
Smoking is not permitted.
The park is a family park. Therefore, rental to groups or persons under 21 years of age is not permitted. Rental is exclusively to families, couples, and individuals aged 21 and over.
Additional options can be booked directly in the park, e.g. bed linen package or high chair. The keys can be picked up at the reception. The following costs are to be paid additionally to the park:
Tourist tax: 2.02 euros per person per day
Park admission: Adults 3.25 euros per day / Children 1.75 euros per day / Dog 5.00 euros per day
Key package: 10€
Electricity, water, gas, and internet are included in the rental price. The final cleaning costs €95.00.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday park "de Oase" is very centrally located in Renesse, so you can reach the town center in 4 minutes on foot and the beach in about 15 minutes. The town center has many shopping and entertainment options. Directly opposite the park there is a large parking lot with charging stations for electric cars and a bicycle rental. From there, a shuttle bus also runs regularly to the beach during the summer months. In the surrounding area there are many other beautiful places you can visit. For animal lovers, there is a seal station nearby.
The site in the park is JP25 (marked on the map) and features an excellently fenced property in a quiet location with no through traffic. The property offers ample space to linger, whether to soak up the sun on one of the garden loungers or to have dinner on the covered veranda.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.

The relevant date is the day the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, they must pay a lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and for lost profit in the following amounts, provided that it is not possible to rent the property to someone else: Withdrawal - up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 100.00% of the rental price - up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50.00% of the rental price - thereafter and in case of no-show: no refund (2) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.

Beautiful chalet
We were at this chalet for the second time this year. It felt like "coming home." From the very beginning, we felt very comfortable. The location is optimal, close to the town and also within walking distance to the sea. Particularly noteworthy is the small covered terrace. In the first few days, the weather wasn't so good, but we could still always be outside. Communication with the Packheiser family was always there, no matter what question we had. We would love to come back.

Vacation with Dog
We were there with two people and a dog. The chalet is equipped with everything you need. It has a quiet location. From there, you can reach all important facilities such as shopping options, restaurants, attractions, and much more. We would definitely book again.

Super vacation in a great chalet
For the umpteenth time, we have spent a wonderful vacation in the chalet of the Packheiser family. An excellently equipped and very well-maintained ambiance characterizes the accommodation. The location in the Camping Oase complex is also very advantageous, as it is situated in a quiet edge location behind a beautiful hedge. The paths to all destinations in Renesse are quickly reachable on foot. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Super vacation
We can highly recommend this chalet.
We were there the week before Easter and had a great stay.
Super quiet location in the park.
Simple and quick communication with the landlord from the beginning.
The chalet was very clean and lovingly decorated. Everything you need is there.
The city center is not far, and the beach is only a 15-minute walk away.
There are many beautiful hiking trails in the nearby area. In the evening, you can let the dog run free on the beach.

Highly recommended.
We went there with 2 people and a dog. The chalet has everything needed for a vacation. It is very lovingly decorated.
We would vacation there again at any time.
Also important if you vacation there with a dog: The garden is not enclosed by the hedge and there is no garden gate.
