My name is Sidessa Zwart, I live in Egmond aan de Hoef. I think it is a wonderful environment to live in. Close to the beach and the dunes, which I also enjoy with my dog and horse. But I also really like the cosiness and the village can certainly offer you that. Walking through the shopping street or going to a terrace is all possible and I enjoy that very much. Sunny Reef Apartment is a beautiful, newly renovated flat where you can enjoy all the beauty Egmond has to offer.
Egmond aan Zee is a cosy fishing village where you can fully enjoy yourself. There is a pleasant shopping street that leads to the beach entrance. There are wonderful restaurants on the square and beyond with cosy terraces. There is a cosy visboet on the boulevard where you can enjoy a nice fish with a view of the sea. And don't forget the beautiful J.C.J Van Speijk lighthouse. Don't forget to watch the sunset. The flat is opposite the supermarket Jumbo and the bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread.On Thursday mornings there is a market around the corner with delicious fresh produce. In the high season of June, July and August, there is a lively fair on Wednesday evenings. If you want to have a shopping day, you can reach the city of Alkmaar in 10 minutes by car. Lots of shops and it's also nice to visit the cheese market.
