The interior of the villa offers three air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, while on the ground floor there is a spacious living area with kitchen and dining area. The villa can accommodate six people and is an ideal choice for families with children. If you choose to stay during the winter months, there is no need to worry as the villa also has underfloor heating. Fully equipped for a perfect and relaxing holiday, the villa in Pula will delight you at first sight!
It is 3 km from the property to the beach and 1 km to the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 500 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant can be reached in 1 km.

Lovely week
Our host Zeljka went above and beyond when we checked in filling the fridge with beer, water, juice, and milk. She also left us a bottle of wine from her family's vineyard, which was a lovely touch. There were also crisps, snacks, and fruit. She was very attentive and couldn't have been more helpful. The house has been beautifully designed, and the four of us (two adults and two kids) had plenty of room to not be on top of each other. Every bedroom has its own en-suite and TV with blinds to keep them cool during the day, along with AC in every room. The Villa is listed as being a 10-minute walk from Pula, which isn't strictly true. To be in the center of Pula is at least a 20-25 minute walk. Pula is exceptionally busy in August with traffic and parking almost impossible. The local cabs are cheap and friendly, so I would strongly recommend you don't attempt to drive and park in the center. We had a lovely one-week stay and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going.
