This beautiful villa in Medulin, with private pool, only 600 meters from the sandy beach, was renovated in 2016. The property consists of two separate houses. In the bigger house there are four bedrooms and in the smaller one there is one more bedroom - so up to 12 persons can spend their holidays here. The villa is modern furnished and air-conditioned. It is the perfect choice for families or a group of friends. Enjoy the covered terrace with barbecue or just relax at the pool bar!
The distance from the property to the beach is 600 meters and the distance to the centre is 500 meters. The nearest grocery shop is 400 metres from the holiday property. In 400 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Sehr Schöne Villa mit Großem Pool mitten in der Stadt
Sehr schöne eingerichtete Villa in Medulin, Schöner Pool und aussen Sitzbereich sowie der Grillplatz und die Poolbar. Das Haus ist voll Ausgestattet und es fehlt da an nichts, Volle Küchenausstattung, in jedem Schlafzimmer ein TV sowie in jeden Raum eine Klimaanlage. Es sind genug Handtücher da, Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenfalls. Bett war für mich Persönlich viel zu Weich, ist aber Geschmacksache und jeder empfindet es anders. Konzum Supermarkt ca 400m zu laufen, Sandstrand ca 1km jenach dem wo man hin möchte, Restaurants gibt es da genug wo man essen kann. Wir hatten eine Super Woche mit 10 Personen, kann ich nur Weiterempfehlen und würde nochmal mit der ganzen Familie kommen. Die Hausbesitzerin oder Verwaltung ist sehr nett, kann gut Englisch Sprechen, Mittwochs wurde der Pool gereinigt. Im großen und ganzen TOP!!!

Very beautifully furnished villa in Medulin,
Beautiful pool and outdoor seating area as well as the barbecue area and pool bar.
The house is fully equipped and lacks nothing, full kitchen equipment, a TV in every bedroom and air conditioning in every room.
There are enough towels, washing machine and dryer as well.
Bed was personally too soft for me, but it's a matter of taste and everyone feels differently.
Konzum supermarket about 400m to walk, sandy beach about 1km depending on where you want to go, there are enough restaurants where you can eat.
We had a great week with 10 people, I can only recommend it and would come again with the whole family.
The owner or management of the house is very nice, speaks English well, the pool was cleaned on Wednesdays.
All in all, TOP!!!
