Situated in a picturesque village near the city of Pula, this beautiful holiday home extends over two thousand square meters of private land. It is a detached house that can accommodate up to six people, with its aesthetically pleasing interior and exterior that radiates freshness. Through the combination of impressive wooden floors, white walls, light-coloured furniture and colourful fabrics, this beautiful house impresses from the first moment. The two bedrooms are spacious and absolutely comfortable. In front of the house there is a terrace, which is covered with massive wooden beams. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the large garden, where there is a playground and a children's pool. For the 2020 season there are even 4 bicycles available at the villa!
From the object to the beach is 6 km and the distance to the centre is 1 km. The nearest grocery store is 1 km from the holiday property. In 5 km you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Das Ferienhaus ist phantastisch
Sehr geehrter Herr Kiwitt, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, das Ferienhaus war phantastisch! Das Haus macht einen sehr neuen Eindruck, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küchenausstattung und die allgemeine Ausstattung waren top und kaum zu übertreffen. Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus! Schöner Urlaub
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn der Urlaub in Kroatien hat uns sehr gut gefallen. das Ferienhaus hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen ( alles sehr sauber und wie im Internet beschrieben jedes Bild entspricht der Wahrheit :-)) der Vermieter war sehr freundlich , sehr bemüht & hat die mit Ihm vereinbarten Termine pünktlich eingehalten . ( Pool wurde jede Woche gründlich gereinigt , Handtücher wurden wöchentlich ausgetauscht usw ) kann man nur weiter empfehlen , es gibt nichts zu bemängeln auf diesem Weg möchten wir uns nochmals bei Herr Radolovic & seiner Familie bedanken vielen Dank wir wünschen Euch nur das Beste Mit freundlichüßen Grüßen Familie Schommer

Super Urlaub
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in Kroatien. Das Haus ist vom Vermieter über Ausstattung sowie Sauberkeit defintiv mit 5 Sternen zu vergeben. Umgebung super ruhig und vom Haus hatten wir die optimale Lage in verschiedene Buchten zu fahren. Sehr viele tolle Strände in der Nähe, enttäuscht waren wir allerdings vom Sandstrand in Meduin. Das Wasser war sehr schmutzig. Ansonsten alles super. Rundum 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank für den reibungslosen Ablauf.

Dreamy Croatia vacation
We were already the second time in Casa Zara, also this year everything was perfect again, very hospitable and helpful landlords, house and pool with garden well maintained, everything available what you need Ideal location as only a few km from Pula, Labin, Medullin etc. We will be back - thanks again to Mirna and Mirko.

Everything available
We spent our 2 week holiday (2 adults and 2 children) in the cottage. Our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Because it is on the outskirts of the village, we were able to enjoy our peace and quiet. The landlords are very friendly. Halfway through our stay they brought us fresh towels and bed linen. The pool was cleaned after a week. The house corresponds perfectly to the pictures on display. We did not miss anything in the house.... Everything was really available. We are very happy to recommend the house to others, we would always come back.

Super holiday
We had a wonderful holiday in Croatia. The landlord definitely gave the house 5 stars for its equipment and cleanliness.
The surroundings were super quiet and the house was ideally located for going to various bays.
There are many great beaches nearby, but we were disappointed by the sandy beach in Meduin.
The water was very dirty.
Otherwise everything was great.
All around 5 stars.

Beautiful holiday
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
we enjoyed our holiday in Croatia very much.
the holiday home has exceeded all our expectations ( everything very clean and as described on the Internet every picture corresponds to the truth :-))
the landlord was very friendly , very eager & has the agreed with him appointments kept on time .
( Pool was thoroughly cleaned every week , towels were changed weekly etc )
can only be recommended, there is nothing to complain about
we would like to thank Mr. Radolovic and his family once again

The cottage is fantastic
Dear Mr Kiwitt,
we had a very nice holiday, the holiday home was fantastic! The house makes a very new impression, tastefully furnished, the kitchen equipment and general facilities were top notch and hard to beat. A really great holiday home! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We felt comfortable all around!
