The Seaview Villa Flora is truly a masterpiece, spanning two floors with a total living area of 360sqm, perfectly situated on a 580sqm plot in the center of the small Mediterranean town of Omiš, in the Borak area with breathtaking sea views and within walking distance to sandy or pebble beaches (500-600m), restaurants (450m), and shops (350m). It offers a private and heated swimming pool, 8 main bedrooms – each with its own bathroom and open sea view, 2 living-dining areas, 2 kitchens, a spa area with a Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, a shower, and all with direct access to the pool area and the outdoor dining area. Here you will find a detailed description of what is offered exclusively for you:
* THE OUTDOOR AREA (pool area with sea view) offers a private and heated swimming pool 8m x 3m (Please note that the water temperature of the pool, even when heated, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, no specific pool temperatures can be guaranteed.) ) with hydro-massage and a shallow 2m section for your little ones, the water has a chlorine-free system, a sun terrace with 4 loungers as well as a built-in sunbed with cushions, an outdoor shower, a spacious outdoor dining area with a grill (wood/charcoal). In front of the living/dining room there is a spacious covered area next to the pool with a cozy lounge corner, a perfect place for a morning coffee or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. * THE GROUND FLOOR (pool level) extends over 130 square meters and offers a living area with direct access to the pool and the outdoor dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances (a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a Julius Meinl capsule coffee machine... and more), a breakfast table, an adjoining dining area, and a stylish and very beautifully furnished living room with several sofas and a television. There is also a SPA room with a Finnish sauna, an indoor whirlpool (a hot tub), a shower and a toilet (from this room there is also an exit to the pool area). Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a separate toilet. The internal staircase leads you to the bedrooms on the 1st floor. THE FIRST FLOOR offers five main bedrooms, each with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm (two of which can be separated into two single beds 90 x 200cm), each with its own bathroom with shower, and each with glass walls and breathtaking sea views. Four bedrooms have direct access to the covered balcony with comfortable and stylish furniture. THE SECOND FLOOR offers three master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, each with its own bathroom with shower, and each with glass walls and breathtaking sea views. Both bedrooms have direct access to the huge terrace. There is a separate toilet and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Parking for 5 cars is secured and a private, fast EV charger is available if you have an electric car. From the parking lot (which is on the 2nd... ...is located) take the internal stairs down to the interior space, which is offered exclusively for you.
It is possible to book additional services with our help, such as grocery delivery, hiring a chef (arranged upon booking), private daily boat tours, rafting, zip-lining, bicycle rental, and other activities in Omiš or on the Cetina River to make your stay at Seaview Villa FLORA more interesting.

Only 25km away, you can visit the wonderful Mediterranean pearl, and the famous town Split where you can find ancient attractions which were scenery for the famous Game of Thrones serial. Also, Makarska, Dubrovnik, Trogir, Zadar, Krka waterfalls, and Plitvice lakes are all within the one-day trip distance so you can visit them all while staying in our villa.
