*The outdoor area is a walkout terrace from the living /dining room/ kitchen which leads to a private and not overlooked heated 56sqm pool (14m x 4m) with Hydro-massage and a geyser. A huge sun deck area with 10 sun deck loungers, an outdoor shower, and a toilet. A covered dining area with BBQ and summer kitchen and a lounge corner in front of the living room. The outdoor offer panoramic sea views from every corner.
*The second floor offers 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace with sea views. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
