This stunning property offers absolute privacy, spacious interior, high-end amenities throughout, natural and tranquil surroundings and amazing, open views. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, 4 en-suite bedrooms each with open sea views, a Wellness with infrared Sauna, a Hot-tub and an outdoor fitness equipment. There is also a Media room with comfortable sofas, surround system and PS5 ideally designed for relaxing with family and friends.
The interior is fully air conditioned, offers a free WiFi, and here is detailed floor organization:
* The Outdoor offers a private and heated, infinity swimming pool 10m x 4,5m with hydromassage, spacious sundeck area that is not overlooked with 8 deck chairs, lounge area, covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue (gas), and the outdoor shower. The pool area with ambient night lighting provides a soothing and peaceful background while enjoying the views of the town Omiš underneath. Behind the house there is a fenced playground with Table tennis, Badminton and a kids football net so your younger members can have some outdoor fun.
* The Rooftop (2nd floor level) offers an indoor wellness area with an infrared Sauna, a whirlpool (Hot-Tub), a shower, TV and a small kitchenette. A floor-to-ceiling glass window offers daylight in and a breathtaking view of the Omiš town, sea, and the Fortress Peovica above on the hill. On the East side there is a terrace with an outdoor Treadmill, fitness mats, weights, so you can start your day being active, watching the sunrise while hearing only the birds. On the West terrace is a half covered relaxing zone with a lounge corner and outdoor furniture for enjoying a spectacular sunsets with a glass of local vine.
* The Ground floor (pool level) offers a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances, a spacious living room with comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, surround system, and glass door toward the pool area. There is also a Media room (18 sqm) with sofas, a flat screen TV, a PlayStation 5, and air-conditioning. A separate toilet is on the ground floor too.
* The First floor offers a sleeping area with 4 bedrooms each with a sea and pool views. Bedroom No1 (28sqm) super king size bed 200cm x200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, , a mini bar, A/C, a TV and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Bedroom NO2 (22sqm) with king size bed 200cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, a mini-bar, A/C, a TV and a balcony. Bedroom NO3 (22sqm) with king size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, a mini-bar, A/C, a TV and a balcony. Following the luxurious feeling that this amazing property provides, each guest will be provided with L`Occitane skincare products together with a bathrobe and slippers for your use during your stay. You can take a short 5-min drive to the sandy beach in Omiš(2km), or explore the pebble beaches in the Omiš area where the sea in this area is crystal clear and warm (2km). The nearest minimarket is 1km far from the villa, or you can take a short drive to Omiš (2,5km) to get a supply from the supermarkets or go to the various restaurants there. There is also a possibility to order catering or an in-villa chef. Perfect location of the villa, vicinity of Omiš and Cetina River (2,5km) and Split (24km) it is ideally positioned for exploring and sightseeing, enjoying activities like rafting/ canoeing/ zip-line or similar on the Cetina River, or for an unforgettable boat day tours to island Brač / Hvar.
