Description
Built in 2022, the bungalow is top-insulated and equipped with heat pump and solar panels. The location is within walking distance of the beach on a cosy small-scale family park with reception, snack bar and playground.
Layout
The bungalow has four bedrooms. Three with double bed 1 with twin beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Between the bedrooms is the common area with dining table, sofa and kitchen. This opens onto the covered patio and overlooks the south-facing garden.
Bedrooms
All beds have duvets and pillows (for 8 people in total). You must bring your own linen, unless otherwise agreed. ( 2 mattresses 180x200, 1 mattress 160x200 and 2 mattresses 90x200, all duvets 90x200).
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. Both equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. Toilet paper, shampoo and soap are provided. Towels not unless prearranged.
Kitchen
The kitchen has an oven and dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, milk frother and induction hob. Of course, there are plenty of plates, glasses, pans and cutlery. Please bring your own tea towels, dishcloths and towels. Next to the kitchen is the installation cupboard, where there is a washing machine and dryer and cleaning utensils. The cupboard can be locked.
Living room and dining room
Here is a sofa and the smart TV. The TV is connected to cable and there is free Wifi. There is a spacious dining table with 8 chairs. There is an additional seating area on the patio and also an outdoor dining table.
The garden
The garden has a wooden patio attached to the house and a tiled terrace in the corner of the garden. This is a lovely shady spot in summer. Around the house are shells. There is a hanging chair and a weber BBQ (bring your own coal). You can rent bikes from the holiday park next door.
Small children
There is a travel cot, plastic crockery and a high ikea high chair for toddlers. There is a box of duplo and are some board games.
Parking
This can be done at the park. We pay for 1 car and you can buy extra parking tickets at reception. At the cottage, it is possible to unload and load the car. Parking must be in the car park. This is how we keep the park safe for children.

These are unfortunately not allowed on our park.

Location and surroundings of object
The Bungalow is located on family holiday park: Het Oude Nieuwland, Oude nieuwlandse weg 11, 3253LL Ouddorp at Branding number 80. From the park it is a 10-minute walk to the beach. Ouddorp has a beach 17 km long so plenty of choice: family beach, kite beach, surf beach, hiking beach.... Besides the South Holland beaches, Grevelingen Lake is also a 10-minute drive from the location. Here, too, there is plenty of rum for water sports and enjoying the natural surroundings. Many tourists also come to Ouddorp for bird watching, seal watching and fishing.

Our Bungalow is not suitable for groups of young people, workmen and pets. This is not allowed in our holiday park. No fireworks are allowed at the turn of the year and in summer, due to fire hazard, open fires are prohibited. If in doubt, you can always enquire at the park reception.

We don't like standard parks but prefer locations with a personal touch, like our house. We like to share this lovely bungalow with families who love sun, sea and beaches.
