Description

This newly built building on three floors offers a modern furnished and equipped flat. The building is in a very good location, only 250 m from the sea, and there is parking and free internet access. In the evening you can relax on the balcony or walk to the Riva, which offers many entertainment options.
It is 500 metres from the property to the beach and 1 km to the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 200 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant can be reached in 350 metres.

Perfect apartment in Medulin – great location, sea view & absolute coziness!

Our stay in Medulin was simply perfect! The apartment is very clean, modern, and well-equipped. We were especially thrilled with the two bathrooms, both with a shower, hairdryer, and everything you need – and the highlight: when the door in one bathroom was open, you could even shower with a sea view :-) in the open kitchen, everything was available, nice towels, nice bed linen. On the balcony, which was equally large, there was a sofa and a beautiful dining table with chairs, so one could have breakfast outside with a sea view. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. Although Medulin has a lively nightlife, the location of the apartment was pleasantly quiet – so we had both: relaxation and the opportunity to enjoy the city's flair. The location is truly ideal: 6 minutes on foot to the beach, about 25 minutes with children to the harbor, and only 5 minutes to large supermarkets.
