Description
Welcome to our beautiful "Haus Sandmohn" with a large garden. It has been awarded four stars by the DTV. This means that our holiday accommodation offers high-quality overall furnishings with superior comfort. The spacious, bright, friendly, and family-friendly atmosphere guarantees relaxing vacation days.
Our semi-detached house (135m²) is equipped with 2 bathrooms as well as comfortably furnished rooms. 6 adults and up to 4 children (including 2 babies/toddlers in travel cots) can be accommodated here. You have 3 large bedrooms at your disposal, each with a large double bed 180 x 200 and space for at least 1 children's travel cot. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with an additional alcove for 1 child and a bedroom with an additional sleeping loft.
The Danish windows, which open outwards, give our house a Nordic feel-good atmosphere. In summer, with the windows and doors wide open, you feel connected to the garden. A beautiful large balcony on the upper floor invites you to relax. The large garden is available for your exclusive use. The short walk to the beach (2 min. on foot), a stroll through the recreational forest, the bakery almost next door, and much more complete the holiday feeling.
Ground floor: In the living room there is a large comfortable sofa with stools, an additional 2-seater and 2 armchairs, side tables, flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo system. From there you enter the garden, where there are tables with comfortable garden chairs, loungers, a beach chair, grill, sun umbrella, and a garden shed.
The large fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table, chairs, and bench is fitted with dishwasher, stove/ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, and kettle. High chair as well as TripTrap for the smaller guests and another table and chairs are available. You can also access the garden from the kitchen via a staircase. The large bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, an armchair, a dresser, and a mirrored wardrobe. The beautiful blue-tiled daylight bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and walk-in shower.
Upper floor: A bright, spacious hallway welcomes you. From here you reach the second daylight bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, and the other generously sized bedrooms. The balcony room – 2. SZi – has an especially high, beautiful wooden ceiling and the alcove awaits the smaller children up to 1.50m (bed: 90x170). The SZi is equipped with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, TV set, armchairs/stool, desk, etc.
In the gable room is the 3rd spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, armchair, wardrobe, and dressers. This room is open up to the ridge and the wide space-saving staircase leads to the cozy sleeping loft with 1 bed (90x200). A travel cot for children is available upon request.
Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and can be used for an extra charge per machine cycle.
2 parking spaces are located directly at the house. The house has Wi-Fi. It is a free additional service for emailing and surfing. If you have any questions, you can reach us at 0171 2736820.
Enjoy carefree days in a quiet location near the beach. Rest and relaxation await you in the seaside resort of Kellenhusen. If this house is already occupied, we would also be happy to welcome you in one of our other houses "Altes Zollamt - Sünnschien" or "Haus Flörkes", where guests with up to two dogs are also welcome. Our holiday home is located in the tranquil Kellenhusen, Lübeck Bay, a 2-minute walk and from the sea.
Enjoy carefree days in a quiet location close to the beach. Recreation and relaxation await you in the seaside resort of Kellenhusen.
Kellenhusen, a former fishing village, is situated between the forest and the sea, you enter the village through the beautiful beech forest. Kellenhusen is a family resort on the coast with a beach, promenade, sea adventure bridge, mini-golf, disc golf, water sports and much more, away from the hustle and bustle. It is dog-friendly. In the forest you will find a free run for your four-legged friends.
Along the dyke with the bicycle there is the possibility to visit the Baltic seaside resorts one after the other.
By car you can visit the surrounding areas. Fehmarn, Lübeck, Travemünde, Kiel, the Hansapark, the lakes in the hinterland.

Perfect!

Beautiful, spacious holiday home with everything you need. Shops are within walking distance, the bakery is right next door, and in a few minutes you are at the beach. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday.
