Description

Independent, fully renovated summer house 'T-Rots' with all the amenities you need for a wonderful beach holiday (600 meters from the beach). Enjoy the fresh sea breeze on the beach or take a walk through the forest. The cottage is close to the boulevard and the lively shopping street 'Hoofdstraat', which is open 365 days a year. In short, if you are looking for a relaxing time, this is the perfect place. We warmly welcome you. T-Rots, beautiful summer house, is located 600 meters from the beach of Noordwijk aan Zee and 11 km from the Keukenhof. It offers free WiFi and a private garden.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden view.
The space
Beautiful bright living room with French doors to private terrace. There is an open kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed. Good wifi. Note: there is a steep staircase to the bedrooms.

Clean, plenty of coffee/tea, bottle of wine, cake. good quality double mattress, spacious shower/toilet, small dishwasher, plenty of pans, washing machine and drying rack. Great house

A lovely little house with everything the heart desires :-)

Little break

The small house is furnished with a lot of love. It is truly a vacation from the first second. The landlords are very friendly and always make sure that everything is satisfactory. We gladly come back every year.

Small but fine holiday cottage

We rented the little house for two for 1 week and felt comfortable from the very beginning.
The key handover was very uncomplicated, and as a welcome gift, there were even delicious waffles and 1 bottle of wine!
We had rented vacation apartments many times before, but we had never found such comfort anywhere. One could tell that the nice landlords really thought about the well-being of their guests, as we lacked nothing there. Sufficient towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergent (washing machine was also available), shower gel and shampoo, spices, oil, and coffee were available, with the option to choose between filter or capsule coffee.
The beach is easily reachable on foot from there.
We had a great week there and will definitely come back :)

Small but nice!

We stayed 5 nights in T-Rots. A cozy and small holiday home a short distance from the beach, the promenade, and the shopping street. The house was very neat and clean. Lovingly furnished, fresh duvets and towels, bathroom with a lovely rain shower. Kitchen equipment is complete, even a dishwasher is present. Pleasant contact with the landlord, good communication about the route and time of check-in/check-out.

Beautiful summer house in beautiful surroundings

Super cozy and beautifully decorated holiday home with all amenities located in a quiet neighborhood.
Within walking distance of the beach and shops.
Nice cycling routes from the holiday home to the bulb region and in the dunes.
The holiday home is fully equipped and has a spacious terrace.
Friendly host and hostess who are always ready to assist you if needed.
There was a welcome gift on the table upon arrival.
We definitely recommend this holiday home to everyone.

Everything perfect❣️

We spent a long, super beautiful weekend at T-Rots with 2 people. The small cozy house is perfect, lovingly and completely furnished, with truly everything you need; absolutely nothing was missing! Upon arrival, we were greeted with wine and pastries as well as the cozy beds already made. Small 600m walk to the beautiful sandy beach or roughly the same distance to the lovely shopping street, everything is easily accessible and gave us an unforgettable stay in beautiful Noordwijk.
A big thank you to the very friendly and helpful landlords.
We are already looking forward to our next visit to T-Rots❣️

Very nice, small vacation apartment in Noordwijk near the beach and the dunes.

We were two people in April for a week in the vacation rental in Noordwijk. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Even bed linen and towels were provided - everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. We were also very happy about the bottle of wine and cookies from the host. Communication with Mr. Warmerdam was very good. He gave us many tips for local events and parking tips. The location of the apartment is excellent as well: the beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Short vacation

We went on a short vacation with 3 girls (47-51 years old) at the Warmerdam family's and it was fantastic....?.... from the easy booking to the nice contact to the stay, everything was perfect. Everything is within walking distance, whether it's shopping or the sea. The accommodation had everything we needed.... even bed linen and towels. The space was completely sufficient for the three of us. Checking in and out was absolutely uncomplicated thanks to the great communication with Mr. Warmerdam. Just like the description of where we can park for free. We recommend the accommodation 100% and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for a few beautiful days ?
