On the edge of the bustling centre of Renesse where you can walk straight to and near the sea, our beautiful holiday chalet is located on a quiet family-friendly holiday park, fine place to celebrate your holiday! Will you come and enjoy our chalet with veranda and garden?

This room can also be used for a couple with, for example, the beds pushed together (see photos)

Toilet 1: located in separate room via master bedroom to reach.
Bathroom 2 here present: shower, washbasin and storage space and also here Toilet 2 present.
(So a total of 2 showers and 2 toilets present)
(Also 2 televisions present, in living room and master bedroom)
Booking TIP for a possible extra person:
The accommodation is suitable for 4 or 5 people, consisting of max. 4 adults and 1 baby. (Family with 3 children is possible, because the baby can lie in a camping cot until 2 or 3 years old.)

Location and surroundings of object
Veranda & Garden:
Outside on our veranda, we have a delightful lounge set where you can enjoy the sun and outdoor life with a snack and a drink. When you arrive at our place, you will receive, in addition to the key, a second small key; this is for the cushion-box of the Lounge set & Parasol; also, 2 sun loungers are stored here. (the shed does not have a key as it is private)
Guests are also allowed to use our fine barbecue in our garden. The location of the chalet is favorable as our garden receives sun for most of the day. In warm weather, we also have a choice of shaded spots, so you can choose where you want to relax with the 2 loungers!
(Between November 1st and March 1st in the winter period, the barbecue and lounge cushions are stored away due to the risk of moisture/cold.) Location of the accommodation on the campsite:
You are nicely situated at our chalet, peaceful in a friendly park, while at the same time just 400 meters walking or cycling distance from the bustling center of Renesse where you can enjoy dining & drinking and shopping, 1.6 km from the beach and sea. This can be done on foot, but also by bike.
In Renesse, there are several bike rental shops where you can rent a bike.
More information about the above points is available in the chalet. In the months of May through September, there is a free shuttle service to the beach back and forth; more information is available at the park's reception.
On the park itself, between April 1 and September 30, there is a small shop for fresh bread rolls and quick groceries. There is also a fun mini kids club available during this period of the year.
Access for guests & parking: (+ charging electric car)
There is one parking space available at our accommodation. Across from the campsite is the Renesse transit station, where there is ample free parking should you come with a second car. If you have an electric vehicle, you can also charge it here. (this is not possible at the chalet due to the power capacity of the meter cabinet, please pay attention to this)
From July 5, 2024, new charging stations will be active at the holiday park. These stations are located in the newly designated "R section". The charging stations have a charging speed of 11 kWh per hour. The charging rate is €0.53 per charged kW. Please remove the car immediately once it is fully charged, otherwise the park will charge extra costs for occupying the charging spot.

Before 6:00 PM in July & August (before 4:00 PM on Sundays)
Other months before 5:00 PM (always before 4:00 PM on Sundays)
TIP: You can arrive and check in at the park from 1:00 PM onwards, though the cleaning of the chalet might still be underway. You can park your car by the chalet in the meantime, at the latest by 4:00 PM. You can enter the chalet from 3:00 PM.

You can also choose to rent this through the park, the cost is: 1 sheet package: 9.50 1 towel package: 7,50 Tourist tax: Low season 1.83 p.p.p.n. / High season 2.04 p.p.p.n Daily fee campsite: 2.90 p.p.p.n for persons aged 4 years and older. There is a 50% discount for children aged 4 to 18. The above costs must be paid upon arrival at reception. The following costs charged by the park are calculated here on the website when booking: Cleaning fee of the campsite per stay is 90 euros. Key transfer & Service charges per stay are 35 euros. (These 2 items are automatically calculated when booking, so the total price is always visible on this website when booking) Vakantiepark de Oase is a family campsite and they set certain conditions for their guests. For example, the park is not suitable for young people travelling alone or groups of friends, the age limit here is from 25 years. Beautiful chalet & location!
Enjoyed our stay!
We found the location to be great, on a quiet and friendly campsite, and from here you can easily reach the center of Renesse. We rented bikes and saw lots of beautiful things in the area, beautiful beaches!
We thought the chalet was very nice and appreciated that everything was available, especially the second bathroom, which was ideal for the extra space with children. The contact with the owner E. den Hoed was very pleasant and communication was clear.
We had a great time, we would love to come back!

Lovely little spot
Wonderful getaway base with a friend.
We each had our own room and bathroom. What luxury. Everything is available in the house. Good wifi connection and nice to sit on the veranda in the lounge set!
Within walking distance of Renesse and the beach
And it was great to bike in the surroundings to Goes, Vlissingen, Middelburg, Domburg, Ouddorp, Burgh Haamstede, Zierikzee.
Definitely worth repeating.

Super stay & location!
Beautiful chalet and very attractively decorated.
And those two bathrooms, what a luxury!
Parking the car on private property, also very nice.
We often sat on the terrace with partial coverage.
Within walking distance of the center of Renesse, enjoying a leisurely stroll along the nice shops and terraces.
We enjoyed our stay in your top chalet and the beautiful surroundings.

Super beautiful chalet!
Together with a friend, we stayed here for a midweek. What a fantastic and beautiful chalet. It was so nice that we both could enjoy our own bathroom. We also really liked the veranda!
We noticed that there was a lot for the children, but everything was also considered for adults.
It was ideal that we were in such a nice, quiet campsite but also close to the center! We found the beach easy to reach on foot, and we also rented bikes nearby—super enjoyed! I highly recommend it and would love to return to this lovely chalet!

Great chalet!
The photos and video on the website promised a lot, and upon arrival at the chalet, it became a reality. In a very nice, modern, and child-friendly chalet, we were able to enjoy our holiday! It is very practically furnished and fully equipped. Ideal for not missing anything with (small) children! We had a wonderful vacation, and the accommodation is definitely worth repeating. Thank you!

Wonderful chalet & location!
Nice quiet family campsite, close to the center and the beach.
The chalet is modern, clean, and everything is available for the children!
There is a private parking space in front of the chalet.
Contact with owner Erwin den Hoed was also very pleasant.

We are family DEN HOED, hence our chosen chalet name "De Strandhoed Renesse" . With my wife and 2 sons, we live in Berkenwoude, a small village between Rotterdam and Gouda. Ever since I was young, I have often visited Renesse because my grandparents used to have a mobile home here, and since then I have fallen in love with this beautiful part of Zeeland. We visit Renesse and its surroundings several times a year to enjoy it with our family! It was always our dream to be able to realise our own place in Renesse, which has now been achieved since January 2023. We are very proud of it and want to share this with you!
