We arrived on 28. 12. 25 and found a cold apartment - 12 degrees! ! The apartment had obviously not been rented for a while. The contact person specified in the booking confirmation was not reachable by phone. They responded to the email and planned a solution with radiator bleeding for the next morning. This was the only and last personal contact until today! ! ! We spent the evening in winter boots and wrapped in the blankets. Until 11 o'clock the next morning, no availability. Phone call and two emails in advance. We have departed and filed a complaint with e-domizil Frankfurt on the way back and from home in the evening with Belvilla.de. That was a frosty, not even 24 hours! The distance was simply 340 km. Not exactly around the corner. Now to the condition of the apartment: The apartment was renovated, completely new bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Now follows the enumeration of the missing items that, from our perspective and experience, are essential for a functional FW. Vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, instructions for all electronic devices, no Wi-Fi key despite announcement, pot holders, trivets, hardly any glasses (2 small wine glasses), towel holder by the sink, the list can go on indefinitely... Above all, small tools for the essentials, a radiator bleeding key! What should happen in this apartment if there is an emergency, e.g. power failure, water damage, etc., and a contact person is not reachable??? The owner, who unfortunately is not known to us, can be pitied. The trouble is pre-programmed if no reliable person can be found for the care of the property.
