The comfortable holiday flat, furnished with great attention to detail, is located on the ground floor in a well-kept house in the immediate vicinity of the Bummelallee. The flat has a car parking space no. 13 in the underground car park.
The "centrepiece" has a size of 41 sqm and is newly renovated (2022).
There is a cosy living/bedroom with a comfortable double bed 180 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 150 x 200 cm, a comfortable shower room and a new custom-made and fully equipped kitchen.
The flat is designed for 2 people. However, a 3rd person can also be accommodated by prior arrangement.
